4 plus months in and we are still thrilled with our mattress purchase from the Back Science store. Dr. Rick and Bredon were extremely attentive and patient as we made multiple visits to their store. My wife and I struggled for years to find a mattress that one or both of us did not have to compromise on our sleep comfort. The model we purchased was the Back Science Series 2 and 3 Mattress Split, and they even customized it to make it even heights on both sides. I didn’t think I could afford a customized mattress, but they did not charge anything extra and they even further customized the firmness when we requested it without any additional fees. We are so happy we found Back Science!

I'm a stomach sleeper so finding a mattress that is both firm enough, but also cushioned enough for my hip and shoulder pressure points is always a challenge. The folks at Ultrabed in Agoura Hills, CA were amazing. They let me try out every firm mattress they had and explained the differences between them. I settled on the Back Science Series 2, it has the perfect combo of firmness and cushioning. The lumbar support is great and helps keep my hips elevated properly and the gel foam topper gives just the right about of cushion without feeling like I'm drowning (a relief after having achy hip pressure points every morning from my old mattress). The edge support and motion isolation are also great. The delivery and set-up was super easy and they even called to check-up on me after a few weeks of sleeping on the new mattress to see if everything was feeling good. The only thing this magical mattress couldn't do was convince my cat not to wake me up at 5 am.

We ordered the Series2 Back Science Hybrid Ultrabed Mattress. Jordan, our sales person was extremely knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions very patiently. He also showed us comparable alternatives based on our budget but we chose Series 2 as it was perfect when we tried it at the store location. It has a good lumbar support for back pain and designed by a chiropractor. It has a great warranty and 4 months trial period. Awaiting our mattress in 3 weeks.

My wife and I went to Ultrabed only to look and compare mattresses. We were greeted by Noah who initially assisted us showing us numerous mattress options. Jordan then joined us answering the multitude questions we had. Noah and Jordan ultimately showed us a gel foam mattress that we really enjoyed. We also spoke with Rick who gave additional information on their products and their philosophies on sales and product innovations. You might think with Noah, Jordan and Rick being involved that would indicate high sales pressure. It was quite the opposite which made the experience refreshing. With all that said, we did order a gel foam mattress and look forward to a restful sleep.

Overall a very pleasant shopping experience at Ultrabed.

We had a great experience in story with this location. We ended up going with a Back Science mattress. The staff was very attentive and helpful. It was super helpful to have many mattresses to try in store.

However, we ordered our mattress on 11/20 and were told it would be delivered in about 2 weeks. We are now working on over 3 weeks, so the communication is a bit of an issue. We are still waiting to see if that improves. I will update with another post once we have received our mattress.

Aches, pains l, and sleepless nights....I guess I need a new mattress right? Where to start...a dilemma faced by everyone that now needs to spend a huge chunk of money as every salesmen will try to high gross you into the most expensive mattress and undoubtedly remind you you how much of our lives we spend sleeping. Dang, now you spend countless time online trying to get unsponsored REAL information on how good a mattress really is. Talk about rabbit hole! Well, by accident I found light at the end of the tunnel. If anyone is considering buying a mattress, I would highly recommend Ultra Mattress in Agoura Hills, CA. In a world of dying customer service and people not taking pride in helping others, The staff at Ultra Mattress has flipped the script. I went in twice. The first time on guard, armed with hours of research, Jordan met me at the door and put me at ease (very hard to do) from the start. With the patience of a saint, he answered all my questions, walked me to multiple mattresses and I never felt like there was an angle. There was care, excellent listening, patience, and knowledge. He even called the owner, I believe his name is Dr. Rick, to find out the answer to a question and the good chiropractor spent a few minutes with me on speaker. After a good amount of time, I thanked and told them I have a lot to think about. They were totally ok with
that and did not try at all to "close a sale". I went home home stunned at the level of professionalism and caring kindness they showed me. A week later I returned and Jordan was back at work answering my questions. I honestly felt a little guilty as I was worried I was taking too much of his time. His answer, "I'm here till we close at 6pm so you've got me till then". I was not expecting to pull the trigger but after he spoke to Dr. Rick again on my behalf, they really stepped up to the plate and I decided to go with the Back Science Mattress. I've never heard of a mattress that can be tweaked to help you once you've bought it and further more they have a 1 year trial period. How can one lose? They make the mattresses to order and Jordan told me that they will try to expedite the order and try to get it to me in a week. I have spent so long not sleeping through the night, that I can't wait to see how this mattress works for me. Thank you to Jordan, Dr. Rick, and the entire staff at Ultra Bed. I will most definitely follow up once I have received the mattress and slept on it for a couple of weeks. ?

My wife and I decided to get a new bed. We shopped extensively online and at brick and mortar stores and found the Back Science store in Agoura Hills. Our sales person (Jordan) listened to us attentively and showed us what we were looking for and then suggested their own brand (Back Science).

Now that we’ve had our bed for about three months now, I wanted to give an update on how well we like the bed. We love it!

Long story short, we were quite impressed with the features and reasoning behind the features, as well as the comfort. Jordan got the owner (Rick) involved, who is also a chiropractor and creator of the bed we purchased. We will have our bed delivered in the next week or so and will write another review after we’ve had and used our bed for awhile.

I found our mattress by going to the local mattress store and trying it out. The salesperson listened to our needs, he was most helpful and knowledgeable, explaining which mattress we would most benefit from. We went with the Back Science Series 2 Mattress and the Adjustable Bed with Lumbar Back-Flex Technology.
They offered a good return/exchange policy in place in case it did not work out. About 2 months later, I received a phone call to see how satisfied we were with the bed. I shared the bed is amazing, especially how the adjustable bed cradles you but I would have liked it to be a little firmer along the edge. They scheduled the mattress to be the same day, pick up/return, so to give it the firmer support we were looking for. We could not be happier with our Back Science Series 2 Mattress and the service was over the top!
