Based on positive online reviews, I contacted Bill about replacing the straps in my two Colonial American rockers. He replied quickly with a reasonable estimate ($250). I delivered the chairs to him Thursday, early afternoon. They were ready by the end of the day! Wow!

Bill took the time to explain the different types of straps, so I understood why he would choose a different brand from what was already on the chairs. He also shared his enthusiasm for the craft. I appreciate his dedication and quality work. God bless you, Bill, in this new era of your life!

Bill was amazing! I had a coffee can stool I needed to reupholstered. Coffee can stools are unusual these days, but Bill accepted the challenge and I love it! I needed to raise the height of 2 bar stools I recently purchased from a specialty furniture store by at least a couple of inches to align with the counter top. I came to the right place. Bill, with the help of the furniture store manager, was able to perform his magic, and they look better than the original! He was meticulous, thoughtful, and professional in finding a replacement for the original padding. While it took longer than anticipated, it was so worth the wait. The detail and pride he showed was exquisite. And he was reasonably priced. I would trust him with any of my furniture fixes!

Everything about my experience with B&T entirely exceeded my expectations. I called in the afternoon on Saturday to inquire about reupholstering two leather bar stools with leather I was providing, the stools were done on Sunday about 24 hours later. Bill owns a great little shop. He sewn new straps on a horse blanket for me, He has the heavy-duty sewing machine to sew the webbing onto the heavy canvas, He is your guy for all your heavy-duty sewing needs. I prefer to support local, and he is a great local Vet owned business.
