The work has not been finished and looks like an armature did it! Buyer beware with Azzurri they are a nightmare to deal with.

Scope of work began in April 2024. Installation was to be in May 2024 but happened in August 2024. We have contacted the company multiple times since August 2024 and keep getting put off. Now when we call or email there is no response.

Details to highlight:
1. The wrong color wood was sent for one of the cabinets and they installed the wrong color.
2. The wood for the interior of the door frames were cut to the wrong size (too small). Instead of putting a new piece with the correct dimensions, they added a small strip to the office door that looks awful. The door to the garage has not fixed.
3. The pullovers were the wrong size.
4. Finally, the bathroom drawer sliders do not work well. We were told there is a "learning curve" for the drawers.
Out of five drawers four do not open when you tap them. Five of five drawers do not slow close on their own. I tried to add the video but it did not load.
As a note, the kitchen drawers installed by Azzurri work and are manual open and they slow close when you shut it.

In conclusion I would give 0 out of 5 stars to Azzurri.

Azzurri has been fantastic from the start to finish to follow up. I love absolutely LOVE my cabinets. Their installation was done by true professionals as well as when i needed follow up things fixed a year later. Everyone raves about the two tone transitional style we chose and craftsmanship. They also made a fabulous hidden door out of the panel to my pantry.

My kitchen looks beautiful, but it was never completed. I have been waiting to finalize the kitchen for three and a half years now. I paid extra to add drawers; two were installed, and one has been missing for over a year. Communication with the team is very hard. Still, hopefully, this kitchen will be done one day!

They do not comply, they have been fighting for the job for more than half a year, they left the cabinets and closets lying around for two weeks and today, December 1, they agreed to come and install them, they did not arrive. I called the store manager to find out what's going on and the man says he doesn't know anything... I already paid it's unfair this Company does it I'm sick for this

WOW! What a rare find! I was going to buy an Italian kitchen but it was a 6– 10 month wait. Found Azzurri and they had it ready in a fraction of the time. The installation was timely and the installers were precise, efficient and pleasant. They were patient with my change-orders and went out of their way to accommodate my specific requests. Michael (installer) kept saying, “I’ll take care of it”. I’ve heard that before, but the difference was that he DID take care of everything! Major construction can be difficult to deal with, but it was actually a pleasure doing business with these people – from their expert design planning through the final touches of the installation (that’s hard to find in South Florida). Good price, great product and even better service. Highly, highly recommend this extraordinary company!

This company is great!
I needed a kitchen remodel to replace my old cabinets that had fillers everywhere to make the standard size cabinets fit my kitchen. I researched and visited many kitchen contractors and they all had a similar style and quality as my old cabinets. I am very happy with my choice to use Azzurri. After a tour of their showroom and factory where they make all their custom cabinets, it was obvious their quality, style, and craftsmanship was way above the competition. I needed more cabinet space and their custom cabinets made my small kitchen huge. I am very happy with the quality and affordability of their custom cabinetry. I highly recommend them!
