Just picked up my “new” dining room chairs. In love! This is the second time Patty has updated my great grandmother’s dining set. I had an idea of color and pattern scale. Patty helped me refine that and choose something that fits beautifully with the furniture style and the whole room. She took into account what I wanted for care, lifespan and budget in choosing the fabric. I was surprised how quickly she was able to do the project, too. I can’t wait to show them off.

Patty is great! Easy to communicate with and did such a great job on my chair. It looks better than the original one we have (original is on the left in the photo) The service was quick too- dropped the chair on a Tuesday and she was done by Friday. Thanks Patty!

Set up appointment on a Monday for the following Friday. Drove 280 miles across the state and contacted her by phone when we arrived in town as she requested. She said she couldn’t meet us, she had family in town. Sorry. So here we are. Thanks for nothing!

Avis was an amazing experience - this is the best quality/service I have received in any service field, not just upholstery. For context, I recently moved and had blindly ordered a couch that had cushions that were rock hard. Patty took a look, quoted a great price for custom replacement cushions, and even met me early in the morning ahead of normal hours to take the cushions. She fixed the cushions in a single day turnaround, and even provided the proper context to help me get a partial refund from the original seller. I highly recommend this family shop (and Patty).

Excellent work. Great variety of options for every price, from affordable to super expensive and luxurious.
But even the affordable fabrics I was shown, looked amazing and super luxurious.
They really know their stuff.
The owner lady gives great customer service.

Even though the job I was seeking was a very affordable job, which likely would provide them with very little profit, they still treated the job as a very important job.
