I paid $800 for a headliner repair. I was delivered the car back with a newly non-functioning sunshade. I requested the repair, was blown off for months and finally turned away completely and told one job had nothing to do with the other. So I get to pay to have the headliner taken down again for a simple clip that was missed upon reinstallation of the headliner by Johno. Buyer beware.

John O has done two headliners for me. The first on my VW R32 a few years back when it decided to sag completely, overnight. He did the full disassembly, repair, and reinstallation. I was very satisfied with the price, quality of work, and quality of materials.

When I recently purchased a project car with a sagging headliner, I decided to give it a shot myself. After purchasing a terribly matched fabric and trying to complete the job myself without success, I knew exactly what to do. I took the headliner (removed from the car already) to John and had him replace the fabric. I'm very glad I did. His fabric matched my factory fabric so much better than the one I had bought. His price was very fair (quoted me over the phone then kept his word when I arrived) and the craftsmanship was fantastic. His turnaround time was extremely fast and he called me in advance to let me know when it would be ready, which I didn't ask for.

Very pleased with the work, materials, and quality of service. As long as John is in business I'll never bring a headliner anywhere else.

Did a great job on replacing the headliner in my 2000 Buick.(it’s old, but it’s my Fla car). As locals know, the Florida heat eats the headliners and the glue, and they sag. John did a very professional job at a fair price. Got my car back in 1 1/2 days. A great guy running a reliable business. I have already recommended him to neighbors.

John is the man. I have an 1989 GT 5.0 convertible Mustang and had the entire interior and convertible top completely redone and John did an amazing custom work.

Once again went back to john with a problem that most shops that are in the so-called window repair business could never fix my 1989 Gt. 5.0 convertible mustang rear windows.
Most didn't even want mess with it.
Took it John, and once again, he did an amazing job.
FYI. It wasn't the windows.
It was the track regulators with are massive pain.

ive recently taken my classic car into John O upholstery so i am able to offer my opinion on the service i received, John o at first glance seems to have his act together upon actually being involved i think otherwise, very hard to get a hold of, many calls and messages left unanswered the total bill was 936 and let me tell you that i bought and brought my own headliner and carpet! imagine if you didnt have them granted i had a upper console to install lets be honest i definitely was taken advantage of labor should not be taxed as well but of course it was added to the cost upon actually looking further i noticed my radio trim and radio bezel were cracked not to mention he put a cut 3 inches wide into my door panel, i have picture proof that it was not in this condition the day before i brought it in i recorded the whole interior and exterior of the whole car. i wish john would of said something at least but that's okay i will warn you instead. When i explained to john about these issues he stated it wasn't me and he wouldn't offer half or even a quarter of the damage he costed so in short he charged me too much doesn't answer calls and left me a bill on top of the bill do what you want but this was my experience at john o. UPDATE his response was I offered a tip why would I offer a new tip when you damaged the car andthe bill was 936$$ notice he never denied breaking the items, watch out!! he’s shady I had to stop the payment on this scumbag lol
