I've gone to ASAP Appliance Parts for the past several years to get parts for my washer & dryer. They've always had the parts I needed even though it's an older machine. Also, they have the best prices of a any place that you can walk into to get what you need right then, instead of ordering online and waiting. These guys have saved me 3 times!
The business sign outside is badly faded and difficult to read when you're looking for their storefront, but that's the only negative thing I can say about them. However, GPS will take you right to them.

I was here on vacation when my A/C went out. I went to ASAP and besides being extremely helpful and knowledgeable they wanted to make sure that I checked the other components. My fan motor wasn’t in stock so it had to be ordered. They said it would be there by noon, they called me at 11:30 to tell me it was in! I went right over to pick it up, the gentleman at the counter compared it to my old fan and it was an exact match. They took their time and never rushed me out of there. Being inexperienced when it comes to air-conditioning I asked a lot of th questions which were and said in a very simple fashion. I would definitely recommend ASAP!

I can't say enough good things about them! They got the part I needed really quickly. I went accidentally on a Saturday after closing and was lucky enough that someone was still there and helped me even after closing! A little while later I got a call from them telling me that I had left my wallet. Someone stayed late to wait for me to pick it up and refused any money in return. Wonderful service!

Beware. They do not honor their word. Purchased a water control valve for dishwasher and receipt clearly states return within 7 days with 25% stocking fee. Returned the part 4 hrs later because electrician said it was a wiring issue and not the valve. They would not accept the part even though was returned within 4 hrs of purchase.
