Artisan Interiors is STELLAR!! Customer service was fantastic in that they created a workable payment plan for the re-upholstey of our eight dining chairs. Clear communication and follow-up could be completely counted upon. For example, when the business said they would pick up and drop off our chairs they were absolutely ON TIME. The end result is extremely detailed and consistent workmanship. Our chairs no longer sag and are more comfortable than when we first purchased them. The support in choosing a new material helped us not to be overwhelmed. This endeavor was an investment we are extremely satisfied with. We would recommend Artisan Interiors for other families like us!!

Artisan did an incredible job reupholstering my chaise couch of 20 plus years. My cats had really shredded and destroyed it over the years and I didn’t have the heart to throw it away. Artisan helped me pick a pet friendly fabric in my favorite colors. The job was a bit pricey, but it was very good quality work and it only took about 2 weeks. David even made me a new square pillow in the new fabric to match the couch. The pickup and delivery of the couch was free and David remained in communication the whole time. Highly recommended!

Wow! I can't say enough about how good these folks are. We had a project to reupholster a pair of mid-century barrel chairs as a gift for my sister and brother in law's 50th wedding anniversary. They had belonged to my brother in law's mother. The whole family contributed to the project. The chairs turned out spectacular and my sister and brother in law were moved to tears. Artisan is such a good name for this business. These chairs are a work of art. I would highly recommend their work and their exceptional customer service!

I would highly recommend using Artisan Interiors for your next upholstery project. I had a couch and ottoman recovered and they both were beautifully done. The fabric I had originally purchased before contacting Artisan Interiors wasn't going to work for the Ottoman. I was able to choose a remnant and they made me throw pillows out of the original fabric at no additional cost. The cost was appropriately priced and the whole process was explained. No surprises. It has been a very long time since I have experienced such superb customer service that I would and will use Artisan Interiors again based on my customer service experience alone.

I give Artisan Interiors a 5 Star * on their expertise job they did on my 1970’s chair. They went above and beyond in their pricing and time line. They also polished the chair. It looks like a new chair. If you need anything upholstered I totally recommend using their services.

I was received two 100 year-old chairs that were my grandmothers. I searched online to see where it would be best to take these two treasures. I ran across Artesian Interiors and picked them based on reviews and photos. They did not disappoint. My chairs are absolutely gorgeous and will be able to be passed down for many generations to come. David was a big help in picking the best fabric and was easy to get a hold of.

I took an old chair, passed down through my family with tapestry upholstery, to Artisan. The bottom of the chair was basically falling out and it could no longer be sat on. Artisan put the inside back together and reinforced the seat so it is now solid and looks great. It's wonderful to be able to use this family treasure as a functional piece of furniture again! The job was done in a very timely manner and the pricing very reasonable. David at Artisan was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend them!
