Bought $10,000 worth of equipment from Best Buy. Hard horrible experience and cancelled purchase. Stopped in Arracal next day and Tony saved me a lot of money with much better quality. Installed a surround system by the pool and home theatre in family room. Customized to our needs. The were polite, knowledgeable, organized., cooperative with our schedules. Whether you are spending a little or a lot stop by for an estimate they will not try to up sale just meet your needs. Avoid big box, better pricing, better service with specialty store!

We have used this company for many years for everything from surround sound/theatre room/tvs to security systems, lighting systems and so much more. They are always on the fore-front of the cutting edge technology for your home or office. If you are building or renovating your home/office, you must stop by and see their showroom. I went to the friends/family new building launch party and it was AWESOME!! The layout of every station was really great and the staff there was really friendly and knowledgeable with all the equipment to help me understand more of what all Arracal does as a company. The food was amazing (catering company provided), the music was perfect, demonstrations of everything was on point, and I can't wait to go back! Once the word gets out of what all this company does, EVERYONE is going to be calling them off the hook to allow Arracal to come into their house to add the right touches to simply life at home 🙂

I was having trouble with my Sonos sound system. Ben came to my home and in no time at all had the system performing as I thought it should. Just a bad HDMI cable. Ben was friendly, courteous and informative. He showed me how to operate the system from my smart phone. Ben stood by while I, not Ben, operated the system. He made sure I understood and did not just rush away. I'm very satisfied.
Arracal will be my first choice if I do any future home sound upgrading.

Sadly this company will works for super wealthy people. If you are not into that range, don't even bother to show up in there. Very deceiving and frustrating .After promising me they would install my Bose system, and taking all the info, they decline to help. I guess 300 or 500 DF dollars meant nothing to them, versus the the thousand they can make using their own systems. Shame on you Arracal!!!;

Adrienne at Arracal has been very helpful in finding a solution to our lighting system.
