The 1st guy that I talked to at Arkansas valley supply lumber was a good man but the 2nd guy that I talk to was very disrespectful with black hair and a beard I had asked him if they could tape up my package ? the 1st guy said it was ok the 2nd guy said nope we don't have tape it should be ok which I don't want my package to get broken since it's going back to spectrum. I know the men meanwhile but please don't be disrespectful or your going to get a bad review just saying.

Staff were friendly and helpful! One staff, in particular, went out of his way to personally help me find my items. I'm terrible with names, Albert maybe? I couldn't find the hose I wanted, but it isn't exactly the season for hoses, so was understandable.

Great variety of any item you may be looking for. If they do not have what you need. They will be more than be happy to order what ever it is you may need. Great service and employees are helpful to answer any questions one may have to the best of their ability.

I went to this store to buy two 2x4x10 and needed them cut down to 54 1/4 inches. so i would have 2 boards that size per 10 ft 4 total Well they changed me $1.00 per cut came out to $4.00 . When the guy cut them He stacked the two 2x4 on top . of each other and cut them . So he only did two cuts. Thought that was a little dishonest of the to charge for four cut but only did two. . It not like two bucks is a lot of money . But when your on a fixed income you have to watch every penny Other than that the service was great and super nice

They are the worst business that I have ever delt with. They quote me a price and then go back on there price. Then they are so rude and just hang up on a person. They never have things in stock, and what they do have in stock they quote a price and do not honor that price. The owner themselves are very rude and very disrespectful. I will never use this location for any thing. The worst service I have ever seen in the valley. I've worked here and used all the resources for over 40 yrs. Very ashamed they are still in business.

Best Lumber yard I have ever been too. Staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. I had little knowledge of what supplies I needed for my project and they went out of their way to help make me as successful as possible.Will continue to go here, and recommend everyone I know to do the same.

I reserved a ? U-Haul truck online and Picked it up from them at U-Haul inside the Arkansas Valley Lumber store. it was fast easy I did it all on my ? phone without talking to anyone and I was out of there in like 15 min's with my ? truck. they even did a okay job on cleaning and having the truck ? ready for me before I came. The only thing I could say wrong was they forgot to clean the cup holder in the truck ?.
