This isn't a review on the store but rather the product we purchased from this store.

We bought a Cove dishwasher exactly one year ago and it is the biggest piece of junk we have ever owned. We have had 4 service calls in a year. If you do the math, average wait time for service is 2 weeks, times 4 events, means we have had to hand wash dishes for 8 out of the 52 weeks we have owned the unit.

We bought Cove because we thought it was "high end" when in reality it is garbage.

They installed a Oven/Range in my home. The first time we used it the oven caught fire. Two things bother me, 1- lack of testing the stove before leaving and 2- what seems to be improper installation. also response time to get somebody out to look at it is very poor. Lack of concern. Beware! photo of burned wire attached. Day 2 update- Got a response to my review to call Dave Bump the installation manager. When I called nobody knew who he was. Be careful if you work with these folks!

We purchased an entire house full of appliances! Our salesperson, Cheyne Hallett, took care of everything for us. He guided us to exactly what we wanted and needed. We were renovating a new condo and had to make changes a few times. Cheyne worked with our cabinet designer and handled everything for us. Our appliances arrived on time and were installed perfectly. Great experience!

Numerous calls to get them interested in our order. Installation crew were Neanderthals resulting in huge gaps from not leveling appliances and water gushing out of incorrectly installed drain lines. Balled up plastic to plug a drain , seriously?! Avoid.

Paul Fabian & his partner were great. We ended up needing an electrician to fix an issue prior to installation and Fabian was able to come back later for the install. They were polite & efficient. Great experience.

A great group to work with!! In todays environment it is challenging to find a team of professionals that genuinely care about people. Kent G. is a leader and example of this practice. Each person we interact with has provided sound advice based on product knowledge and an understanding of our project needs. The Scottsdale team maintains a high standard even in the supply chain challenged market we experience. Our thanks for making this a fun experience on our 4th home!

Premium appliances with swap meet service. Our representative was either overworked or disinterested in her job. She was frequently out of the office and would not reply to emails. I sent her a couple emails to get a response and she got snappy with me. Disappointing when we Spent over $25k on just a couple appliances.

We had a really tough time with our builder and Kent from Arizona Appliance and Home saved the day in a huge way. We got all of our appliances delivered and installed, they checked for quality and ensured we had exactly what we needed. I would recommend Kent to anyone looking for high-end appliances!
