Am having intermittent fridge problems where it cools sometimes and doesn't cool (frozen food/ice cream thaws to liquid) called company and had them come out for what I was told would be for a "diagnostics and will tell you whats wrong" All the tech did was look at the fridge's on board diagnostic menu that said everything was working (which I had already done myself before and the fridge would say everything is working even while everything is actively thawed in the freezer) Tech basically said "well its working now and there aren't parts for this fridge anymore so I can't just swap out parts to see if its fixed or not" Swapping parts and hoping it works isn't a true diagnosis and what info I received from their visit was well its working at the moment - That Isn't telling me whats actually causing it to work sometimes and not other times. Overall not happy and don't think it was worth the $130 I was charged for no actual useful information.

Hi we took our dryer in on 12/12/24 and got it back on 12/13/24 The staff is wonderful and helpful and very reasonable and the prices are very fair they answered all of our questions if we need anything else fixed we would definitely take it to this shop From Dan and Sue

Brad came and serviced our refrigerator. Our ice maker and water dispenser were the issues. He located and corrected the problem. We were very appreciative for his service. I called one day, and he was able to work us into the schedule for the next day.

We had a wonderful experience with Appliance Smarts! Right before Christmas our fridge started leaking water internally and not cooling correctly. This is not a good combination before the holidays. Thankfully Glenn was able to diagnose and repair our fridge quickly! After the service was complete I had some questions and Glenn was quick to reply. He also followed up with me to make sure everything was working as it should. We highly recommend Appliance Smarts!
