I don’t remember the girls name that was there Saturday afternoon when me and my sons were there but she was very nice. Very polite. Did an awesome job and helped us well and I wouldn’t recommend you guys to anyone that needed appliances. I really like my new refrigerator thank you

Purchased a washing machine. Probably a $1100 washer that was discounted to $650. Nothing wrong with it. It was brand new, just out of the box. The staff was incredibly helpful. They even helped me load it into a pick up truck. The washer came with a 1 year warranty. I would absolutely return for another purchase.

The lady in the store is very nice and friendly problem came in with the delivery and missing booklets. I got a smart washer and dryer, was left with no booklets or QR code to hook it up. I do wish I was told that those were not included it took me hours to get it connected to WiFi properly with lg customer service due to that. They are both working now. Also was told the lg app would only show error codes so I wouldn’t need it. That was incorrect. After getting it hooked to WiFi I can control them both as far as starting and stopping from my phone. Also quoted $145 for delivery guy charged an extra $40. Martinez delivery did know what they were doing with installation so I will give them credit for that. I do believe though for $185 the lease that could be done is wrappings, cardboard, and plastic be put in the trash cans before leaving and not left on the lawn.

This place has good appliances for reasonable prices. We got a refrigerator, and they offered one year warranty. If you don’t have a truck they have a person that can do the delivery to your house. We were able to get it delivered same day! Owner was very helpful!

I wish I could give this family 10 stars. So stinking nice. It's not even funny. I needed a stainless steel electric stove. It was out of the box I saved over $200 from other stores. Keep in mind it is brand new. With warranty! Not a scratch on it. One year warranty. The way that they protected it so we could take it home they put these big four corner protectors on it and wrapped it in cellophane plastic. They have this awesome machine that lifts it up and literally puts it in the back of your pickup truck. Just can't say enough about these folks and how they blessed our family. Give them a shot you owe it to you and your family. They are family-owned. Call them before home Depot or grans
