Bought a "new" SnD fridge and had problems from the beginning. Jeff was more run around that helpful. Sketchy documentation and won't back up the warranty if they have any chance to slide by. Buy at your own risk. Very likely that you'll have refrigerant leaks or compressor failures which are problems that make a fridge unrepairable/unreasonable to repair in most instances. They'll charge you for issues that are defects and you'll be stuck with a dead fridge. They have NO obligation to ever buy it back, not even within 1 week! You are truly STUCK with whatever unit you get. No refunds or exchanges!

This company was referred to us when we requested service from our property management. This was our first encounter with this company and we were hoping for a positive experience due to the good reviews listed here.

We live in a home where we do not wear shoes in the house and Sean clearly stated that his tech must keep his shoes on for liability purposes which we clearly understood. Upon the arrival of the technician, we were greeted by someone who did not show any common courtesy, was very rude from the get-go, and just had an overall bad attitude when speaking with us. We did not receive our service from AW due to their technician's lack of courtesy and respect given to our family members at home. I called back AW and spoke with Sean (sp?) after this ordeal about getting a different technician to come back but was told that that guy was his ONLY technician in his company, which didn't make much sense to me -- don't companies have at least multiple or a second technician in case their main technician was out sick or needed a day off

I was told that this service was only available TODAY at this moment because his one and only, sole technician is to leave the country soon -- okay, can this appointment be moved to next month? No, Sean says.

In the beginning, this Sean person seemed like a nice guy. Not sure about the quality of handling positive communication and his ability to compromise which clearly trickled down to his worker. Also, who only has ONE technician to service all his customers? This in itself is a huge liability issue to the technician's physical and mental well-being. No wonder the technician had a bad attitude because he probably can never get a day off!

Thanks to Appliance World for helping out my parents in Anaheim, CA. Their washer went out and I live in Austin, TX. I emailed a few places and AW responded pretty quickly. They had a Speed Queen washer in stock and delivered it a few days later. Fast and good service! Thank you.

I moved to Orange county 10 years ago and my girlfriend recommend this place. Bottom line, cool people, great service, customer service, prices and overall attitude. My parents oven quit and I'm heading there now to get them one. Got a washer/dryer set (still working), vertical freezer/fridge...had a couple of issues, which they quickly fixed. Hope the stay I business forever ❤️.

Sean was excellent. I called them to check stock on a speed queen washer as it seemed the rest of the city was sold out. They had it in stock and ready to deliver the next morning! They took care of me remotely (during COVID) and kept me up to date via text and email to help me surprise my parents! Amazing customer service and glad I found Appliance World!

I have purchased several appliances from this store. Had rebuilt washer and dryer for 15 yrs no problems actually gave them away still working when we moved. A year ago I purchased a new fridge from them and 13 months later it died, a month out of manufacturers warrantee. Sean went out of his way trying to get the manufacturer to help us but they wouldn't. I purchased another new one ( different manufacturer). He fit us in so we got it the same day. Everyone who works there is very nice. I will always purchase my appliances from here. Good prices great people!

I recently purchased a used dryer from here. The service at the store was good. There was no BS and Sean was straightforward with the information I was requesting. The dryer arrived on time as scheduled, my old dryer was removed and replaced with the new one in less than 15 minutes with no issues. After my experience with Appliance World, I'd definitely recommend them.

I needed a new electric range at my apartment, Sean called me, made all the arrangements, hooked me up with a really nice new stove and oven combo. It was delivered right when they said it would be, hooked it up, and they left everything clean and tiny. I recommend them highly.
