We recently did a kitchen renovation and needed all new appliances. We worked with Kevin, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He presented all the options/brands that worked best for our needs and kitchen design. They don't contract out to a 3rd party for deliveries! They have their own team which eliminates getting damaged appliances as they check everything before loading it all on the truck to deliver! Scheduling was fast and easy! We would highly recommend Appliance Sales Plus!

The customer service at Appliances Sales Plus is stellar! Our refrigerator broke down the day before Thanksgiving and they got us a fridge same day! All the delivery trucks were gone for the day, but Kevin and his son used their van to deliver a brand new floor model fridge right into our kitchen and took away the old one. They were so helpful, kind, and truly saved our holiday! We highly recommend Appliance Sales Plus!

Excellent experience with Steven Kauffman and the team. They are knowledgeable about the products and gave us very competitive prices on the multiple appliances we bought for our kitchen. Refrigerator Broke last night. So ordered one locally went the website said 1-2 day delivery and the item was in stock. After I ordered I called in to get delivery set up. The gentleman said the first he could do was 3 day or next Tuesday so explained very nicely that I would not have ordered it if that was the case he said well hold let me see what I can do and that he would call me back. about an hour later I get a call from a woman about the order and she tells me Friday or Tuesday. I had to explain I spoke to someone else and even then she said I don't know who you spoke. when again I told her I was unhappy she said Black Friday were to busy. mind you I live 15 minutes from the store. you advertise 1-2 delivery. Now she puts a 3rd guy on and he say maybe I can do Thursday. But I have to see if its in stock. At this point I'm upset because nobody know what's any one doing and they cant deliver on anything. This guy actually canceled my order because I raised my voice no cursing no nothing but they are just not helping.

Dealing with Jimmy the salesman was painless! Great Guy
Justin and Mesi were an absolute pleasure to deal with during the installation. They took their time and explained everything about the washer and dryer.
