Unbelievable customer care. He was attentive with getting back to us. We scheduled an appointment for the next day with the caveat that if he had any cancellations, he would call and let us know… Well, that happened! We received a phone call, letting us know that he could be by us in 30 minutes and of course we said yes! It was so nice to find a service person who keeps to his word. When he arrived at our home, he was cordial, very respectful and definitely knew his business. He was honest and told us that we could repair it for about the same amount of money as it would cost to replace the refrigerator… So he suggested that we replace it if that’s not honest… We don’t know what is. From being on time, great communication, skills, respectful, cordial, and kind… We will definitely be using his services again for future appliance challenges
