The tall white dude behind the counter with gray and black hair with a mustache in his 40s and his side kick woman are very rude individuals. I bought a microwave switch from them and I told him that all three switches in my microwave all have 2 prongs on them and that all of them look the same but with different numbers on them and he smarts off and said "well you must have a one of a kind microwave because I've never seen that" and he was real ugly about it. Other words he was calling me a liar. I almost made a fool out of him because I had the pictures of my switches in my phone and I was going to show him all three switches are physically the same and that would of shut his mouth but it wasn't worth my time dealing with trash like him. I'll order my stuff from Amazon next time instead of dealing with trash.

Very helpful. Needed a part for my fridge. The lady was able to test the capacitor and found it was good. But I did need the compressor relay and she thankfully had it in stock. Yes, it was a bit pricey, but I understand a brick and mortar store is going to cost more than online. And when you need it now you do what you have to. Thanks for being there

I try to support small businesses when possible, but they wanted to charge 30% more than the big box store. $78 for a $60 water filter is absurd

All sales are final, understandable on opened products, but unfortunately that still includes factory sealed unopened items.. I was going to give them a $20 (which come to find out is more than the part online) from the return, because as a business owner myself, I understand the burden of overhead/cost of living. Now, I'm just left with a part I don't need and the regret of doing business here. The 500% mark up is a bit excessive, and comes off as predatorial, on people desperate to fix A/C issues during the summer heat.

They charge a higher price but that's how it goes when the HVAC warehouses won't sell to the public. No complaints about service, called and asked if they had the 45-5 capacitor I needed and it was ready for me when I walked into the store.

Bought a set of terminal locks for a compressor and needed to return them because need a new compressor instead. Lady in store said she could not take them back because it was a non-return item. Package was not even opened and I bought them 18 hours ago.
Don't buy from them for any reason, prices are double any other store around. I'll shop Amazon or on line for now on.

I had no issues here, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I totally understand their situation on return items. I used to work in automotive retail and people are incredibly creative when trying to cheat the system.
