I cannot say enough good about the guys at Dublin Appliance Parts Distributor. My A/C condenser fan motor failed yesterday and they were able to find a compatible fan and help me understand the wiring differences. With the heat wave this week I knew that the HVAC guys would be super busy and this saved us from an uncomfortable week.

These guys are awesome. Totally know their stuff. Pilot assembly went out on our ancient Carrier furnace. They knew exactly what we needed and had the part. Thank goodness we didn't have to guess at ordering something online, then wait for delivery. This is why we need to shop local... so that places like this stay in business. THANKS APD!!!!

I don’t have the need to come here often but when I do, this place is a lifesaver. Top notch customer service and they always seem to have what I need in stock. It’s 104 degrees today and my home a/c stopped working. I was able to make the repair for just 15 dollars. I don’t even want to guess what a Saturday service call would have costed. I love this place!

Wouldn't recommend people to shop here if you can wait for Amazon shipping or other channels. The AC capacitor was sold at 4x price of it should be. I confirmed with the staff, and it was their intention to sell this high. I had no choice but bought it since I didn't want to wait.

Love this place! Always has the parts I need. Not once have I had to special order. Today I decided to go in not knowing what I needed to fix my dishwasher. We all talked it through and found the likely problem. I bought the part and when I tested to old part afterwards, it was definitely faulty. I am confident my problem has been solved.

Had a fantastic experience - had an AC unit blow out and suspected it was the capacitor - they were extremely friendly and helpful with getting us the right part throughout the process, and helping suggest ideas to diagnose the issue. We managed to fix the AC pretty easily with their help, which was great. I’d highly recommend people come here - they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and conveniently located.

Our home's microwave stopped working, and after opening it, I found out one of the door safety switches broke. Came into the store and was out in a few minutes with the part I needed to replace. Our microwave was back in working condition the same day, and just a day before Chinese New Year! Thank you so much for saving our holiday celebration and helping us save money (I was about to go to Costco for a new microwave)! I highly recommend this place.
