Let me start off by saying how incredible the customer service is here! We searched online found the ones we wanted and reached out to purchase. They didn’t have what we wanted and recommended something better! Delivery set up was seamless the boys were early by over 3 hours, and got it installed in less than 30 mins. We are immune compromised and I asked that they wear masks in our home, they did it with no issues. VERY respectful, efficient, and professional, I’ve already recommended this company to my family and friends who are local in the area! Thank you again!

Huge fan of Appliance Outlet. If you're used to looking for appliances at big box stores like Home Depot, Best Buy or Lowes, skip them and shop local. I've bought a bunch of appliances from Appliance Outlet and here is why I think they're WAY better:

1) They have all the appliances available at other stores and they check the prices. When I bought a number of appliances from Appliance Outlet, the salesman checked their prices against Home Depot. Almost all of them were equal or less, but on the refrigerator, Appliance Outlet matched Home Depot prices without me asking. So you don't pay more than elsewhere. That's great service.

2) They can get anything the big stores have. If they don't have it on the sales floor, they'll get it for you. I wanted a unique washer dryer, they found it at a price lower than I'd been able to find online.

3) The Appliance Outlet sales staff know their stuff - I asked a ton of questions and got good answers. They didn't steer me toward anything, just gave me information.

4) Appliance Outlet delivery is AMAZING! When I ordered from Home Depot, Home Depot gives you an eight hour delivery window. Appliance Outlet gives you a TWO hour delivery window - and their driver calls you 20 minutes before arriving. That makes scheduling delivery so easy. Their delivery crews are friendly and prompt. Love that.

5) A contractor friend told me Appliance Depot also offers scratch & dent appliances for people on a budget. I didn't experience this personally but he said some of his customers with limited funds have found this valuable.

Appliance Outlet really shows why locally owned, small businesses often beat their chain competition. I have shopped at Appliance Outlet several times and I am always impressed.

The only place I will buy appliances! Beyond their great prices, they have amazing customer service and are so willing to help you out. Their delivery and install people are great too. Can’t recommend them enough!! They were able to do next day delivery based on a quick phone call looking for a specific set, had an issue w a new appliance at delivery and took that appliance back to store AND got another one delivered all in the same afternoon!

We had a BIG delivery issue w Best Buy which led us to Appliance Outlet. Not only was service phenomenal, but they came in almost $300 cheaper than Best Buy!!

Stellar customer service from initial call to installation!
My elderly mother-in-law's refrigerator stopped working and I was able to purchase a new replacement from Appliance Outlet and have it delivered and installed within a few days. Lauren was knowledgeable, attentive, professional and demonstrated a great positive attitude. They have their OWN installers and delivery folks and I did not have to worry about a subcontractor. Another bonus is that they service Westcliffe, Colorado where my mother law lives and there were NO mishaps from start to finish. This transaction could have been tricky as I had to coordinate from Denver but Lauren coordinated and managed all the moving parts of this order with no problem. My mother-in-law said the delivery folks called ahead on the delivery date and were very polite, courteous, and arrived on time. They really did a great job! Thanks to Lauren and her time for providing us with peach of mind and taking such good care of us. I will be recommending Appliance Outlet to others!

Highly Recommend. From Sales Ryan Burns to Delivery Johnny & Jordan and their perfect Installation and service. Our new Kitchen-Aid fridge, stove and microwave are such a delight. The new look is perfect. Johnny & Jordan were outstanding in their explanation of each product. Get your new appliance at AO and go see Ryan Burns. Outstanding Sales and helped us pick out the right appliances for our needs and for the existing dimensions of each appliance. We had 28” of clearance between the Island counter top to the wall and he led us to the Kitchen Aid fridge that Johnny and Jordan made it through perfectly. Delivery was less than a week of our purchase, and each delivery was preceded with a “heads up” call from Johnny and a text message sent the day before to confirm delivery time. Expert Installation and knowledgable Sales, you can’t go wrong. We shopped at 5 places before we made our last stop at AO, and we are so very happy we purchased at our last stop.
