ZERO STARS

We are on the second round of washers from the Bee Ridge location. It has been serviced under the 6-month warranty two or three times and each time the tech finds something new wrong.

We have had them replace the washer once already, with the same make and model. I sent recordings of the 2nd washer literally walking across the floor, pulling the lines from the wall during the wash/spin cycle. The managers response was " I don't know what you have in there." Implying that I don't know how to do laundry?
He very " generously, out of the goodness of his heart " offered to swap the second one out for a third one, but at this point I will just eat the $600 we paid for the Whirlpool set and get a new one that is guaranteed to work.

We had an independent repairman come in and say the following:
#1- There is no way this happened in the amount of time that you've had the machine. They sold it to you like this.

#2-they had to know this was an issue especially since this is the second one of the same make and model with the same problem.

#3-it is $1,000 repair on a used machine. It's more cost effective just to get a new one.

***When the independent repairman says just to buy a new one you know things are pretty rough.

Do not trust them, do not give them your money, do not buy here.

TLDR: has required multiple repairs and replacements in less than 6 months. Store manager had a very dismissive attitude, unacceptable customer service. Product is unreliable, performance has been consistently poor. Avoid this store based on my experience.

The absolute worst. Scam of a business. Sells people broken appliances and then makes it as difficult as humanely possible to schedule an atptmt for them to repair. Don't be fooled by the "warranty". Warranty is no good if they won't even come out and honor it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Would give zero stars if i could.

Best customer service! Great selection. Was able to get dame day service with a smile. First class staff... in awe of how much they care. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Full warranty.. delivery.... just awesome people.

This place is AWESOME for 1 stop shopping for all your Appliance needs. They give warranties, have a Service dept, Delivery Dept and turn around is quick turnaround time for all Departments. They sell Refurbished and New items.

I would be very cautious when buying appliances at the Bee Ridge location. We bought a refrigerator a few months ago . At first, we felt they gave us a good deal . However, after a week the refrigerator was not temping right . The Technician came out and tried to repair the refrigerator. However, the Tech suggested this refrigerator was not repairable. We had to empty our refrigerator for a few days while they shipped us another refrigerator from the Venice location. In a few days , another refrigerator was delivered. We actually liked this GE refrigerator better than the first refrigerator. We were satisfied at this point in time . Although, recently I noticed a stain on the wall by our bathroom. In researching this issue further, I found that the baseboard underneath was staining as well. I pulled the baseboard off and noticed water along the concrete. The drywall about 30 inches above was very wet. Making a long story short, I pulled our refrigerator out and I discovered the water line on back of the refrigerator had very small drip from the connection onto the floor. The tech that came out to install the new refrigerator added an additional line because it was the water line was tight when you pulled the refrigerator out . The water was dripping at this new connection. More concerning , the baseboard behind the refrigerator had a black hole - mold . The water over a two month period of time pushed it's way through the baseboard then underneath our tile floor . The water then worked it's way up the wall in the hallway . I had to remove a 30" by 20 " piece of wet drywall. I called the Bee Ridge Appliance Max and explained this issue . The rep- Val questioned why I didn't discover it sooner . I tried to explain that it was a very small drip that over time pushed through the walls and underneath the tile . The person named Val said he couldn't get a Tech out until Thursday. I told him that we really need someone to come out inspect the damage. I called the Venice Store and the Manager said the same thing that it would be until Thursday until someone could come out . I asked about filling out a claim . The manager says a claim will probably will not be approved because we had the refrigerator since December. I told him I would like to proceed with a claim . The manager said to turn the water line underneath sink off to stop the drip . The he said that he would call me back . No one called me back until Thursday. A Tech called and said he was coming out to repair the refrigerator. I told the Tech we had a plumber repair the line, however I still need someone to come out and fill out a claim for the damage from the refrigerator water line . The Tech says someone would call me back. Now this evening, still no one has returned my call or asked about coming out to review the damage. I just had part of my LVP flooring repaired because the water seep underneath. I have section of drywall and baseboard removed as well. I have never posted before on Service issues , but felt led tonight to vent concerns about Appliance Max and their lack of response.

I'm pleased with a very fair purchase, their follow-up when something went wrong with the drier, and how professional the manager has been throughout my experience. The secondhand appliance industry is notoriously sketchy but this store was not.

The delivery is 2.5 hours delayed. The customer service Courtney refused to call the driver and find out about the estimated delivery time
She did not ask me about my address and wouldn't write it down when informed of that. Poor customer service. Do not recommend.
