I took my Mom into Appliance King today. We looked at their Electric Dryers. The gentleman in the store was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had spoke to another different gentleman on the phone prior to heading over...absolutely respectful and knowledgeable! Great prices. Great products if you don't have an arm and a leg to replace expensive appliances!!! Thank you so much Aplliance King, for taking care of my family, like we were part of yours!

Rude and didn't communicate. They were asked weeks ago if they could pick up my mothers dryer that was in the basement which they said they could do at the time, however when the time came they never showed up. Called after they didn't show and no answer. Finally got a hold of them again and the man said he wouldn't do it if it's in the basement because it's would be a liability, which is fine but why not state that to begin with of that was the case. The man then hung up on my mother and when she called again he was immensely rude. Do not recommend nor will ever use them. Scum.

I had a great experience with Appliance King service. My washer broke and needed repair. Tommy came out on the Saturday of Memorial weekend and ordered the part. He came this evening (Wednesday )and had it fixed quickly. Very courteous , friendly, reasonably priced
and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Appliance King and will certainly use them again!

Communication is literally non existent, and the "refurbished" washer and dryer I got literally didnt make it through 4 lpads of laundry before completely failing. I can't even fathom why they are still in buisness. DO NOT GO HERE!

Super sketchy. After deciding on a used refrigerator from the store, a time was set for pickup. The days leading up to and day of pick up there was zero communication, no contact, unable to be reached, store closed and he missed out on a sale. I'm very glad we did not pay ahead of time or put down a deposit.

About 5 weeks ago, I called Appliance King to see if they would come pick up a washer and dryer set , as I was moving and had no way of transporting them. After assuring them that i did not want to be paid for them, I just wanted them gone, they said it would not be a problem and would pick them up the following Tuesday between 3-5. I agreed to meet them there, as I would have already moved by that date. I show up at three and proceed to wait the entire time, and decided to call at ten till five. They said they would be unable to make it because their pick up vehicle had broken down the morning before (Monday). I understand accidents happen, but a call before I had waited around for two hours when I could have been unpacking at my new place would have been appreciated. They told me they would call when their truck was fixed, though it should be done by friday. After not hearing from them, I call the following Monday to see if their truck was fixed. It was and they scheduled to have them picked up that Thursday, and as long as I give them permission, I would not have to be there when they pick them up as long as they were outside. They had been on a back covered porch from the beginning. A week after the washer and dryer should have been picked up, I am told by my previous roommates who still live at the house that the washer and dryer were still there. ANother call to Appliance Kings was made, where they blamed me for not picking them up because they called me before pick up and I never answered my phone. That is a lie as I never received a call from them, and I did clarify that they had the right number. SO they agree to pick them up later that day (Friday). It has been a week since then, and the washer and dryer are still sitting on the porch. Their customer service was awful, they never once called to cancel or for appointments, blamed me for their own fault, and ghosted me. I will NEVER do business with them again. They used to be a great business, but since Ben left it has become awful.

I was referred them by a friend. Called regarding a squeaky Whirlpool Duet dryer. They gave me a quote based on the noises and it ended up costing less than the quote. Tommy was nice, professional and full of information. I will be using them again and have already referred to my neighbors.

I bought a $450 dollar washer from them and 4 weeks later it stopped working , they were going to charge me a fee for $45 fee for coming I no out to look at it even if nothing was wrong with the washer it's self. Very poor quality of putting it together them selves and not helpful when installing it incorrectly in our home the first time around. Do not go here for a washer it's not worth your money .
