I needed a part for my dishwasher. So last Saturday I called and the part was not in stock, but they could order it for me, 3-5 business days. Delivery from Amazon was about a week as well. I decided to order from the local store as the price was the same and I could support the 'little guy'.

Well, I hadn't heard anything by the following Friday so I called Appliance Factory Parts. It was 5:33 and I saw they closed at 5:30 so I wasn't sure anyone would answer, but they did. I told the guy that answered the phone that I was calling to check on my part and he looked it up and told me it hadn't come in yet. I said I was quoted 3-5 business days last week and was about to ask him to track it when he just flat out hung up on me. There was no sense in calling back and I was positive he would answer again so I decided to stop in there Saturday.

I go in Saturday and I told the guy at the parts counter what happened and he looks up my part to track it. Lo and behold, it arrived Thursday and the guy 'working' then never unpacked the box of parts they got that day. So he found it and got me my part.

Not only did the guy who answered the phone Friday act rude and hang up, but he flat out lied to me. Lazy and disrespectful.

No way I'm ever going back to that place.

Outstanding help from Jeremy not only getting the parts we need several times for a dryer, and even once for a furnace, but also finding sources that enabled us to be able to install them ourselves. They were great. My stove's control panel died and I ordered one from Amazon. I got an email at 4:45 pm saying they had made an error in their inventory and actually didn't have it. I called Appliance Factory Outlet and they said they had one that they had pulled from an unsalvageable dent and scratch stove and they matched Amazon's price and gave me a one year warranty. When I went to pick it up, it was actually a brand new one in the box. They also got it to me 5 days quicker than Amazon could. I absolutely will go back for ANY appliance parts needs. The service was great and the product was better than expected.

We purchased a washer a couple of months ago, which happened to match the used dryer we bought a couple years before, and purchased a used refrigerator as a spare for the garage today. Daryl was great both times and very helpful, but didn't hover. These are used appliances so the understanding is they may work today and break tomorrow, but the 30 day replacement policy assures you that you will have a working appliance for at least a while. We will go back if we need another used appliance.

Sean was able to set us up with a dryer very quickly. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He was busy with another customer when we first arrived, but took the time to let us know he would be right with us. I highly recommend this place.
