This was super easy. These guys showed up at the beginning of their time window with my new appliance and they brought it right into the kitchen. This was a most excellent experience. Matt at the store was great too.

I ordered a dishwasher online. The process went reasonably well, but seemed to take a little longer than necessary. My experience with ordering in-store has been better.
The delivery and installation was excellent. The crew showed up on time having given me 30 minutes advanced notice. The team was efficient and professional. They cleaned up well.

Had a great experience with the Silverthorne location. Spoke with Matt on the phone and he was very helpful pointing me to a good choice for a dishwasher to replace ours, that had just stopped working. Within a week we had it I stalled. Was happy with the cost as well.

Had a good experience with Appliance Factory in Silverthorne. We looked all around for the best price and then called Appliance Factory. They actually beat the best price we had found, set up the purchase and delivery. They were nice and friendly to work with. We would definitely use them again.

Just bought an entire 4-piece kitchen set from these guys today. It helps to know that the showroom floor is not indicative of what their larger warehouses in Denver have in stock. The staff was immensely helpful in putting together a package based on our preferences/price range. Now, as long as everything comes in on time (waiting to see how else the covid world might work against us this year) then we will have saved a fair bit of money on this kitchen remodel.
