I purchased a refrigerator last week from appliance direct. It delivered today by their contracted delivery team. Alfredo, the delivery tech, was awesome! He made sure that our home was protected from damage while removing the old and installing the new. He took his time to assemble the unit and made sure we were happy with the installation. He walked through the settings and its features. I highly recommend requesting his delivery team for your installation! Thanks, Alfredo.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I bought my Whirlpool washer from here a few years ago and just bought a brand new Whirlpool dryer today. Moses and Tom were AMAZING and so personable and caring. Moses was so friendly with my kids and made them a little house with a cardboard box from a dryer and just absolutely made their day while my husband and I were dryer shopping. They were also very knowledgeable, patient and helpful! If you want the best prices AND the best customer service, this is the only place you should be going to for appliances.

I came into the store the day before a major hurricane, as my machine had just broken. The manager and sales person were absolutely wonderful! No pushy sales tactics and the sale was so quick and painless! The machine was delivered by a sensational handyman and the hauled my broken one away too! I love this store and will definitely return for more appliances! Prices were great and staff was perfect! I recommend this chain and especially my local store! ^.^

Tom and Seth were both amazing at assisting me finding my next washer and dryer for my new house and finding my right budget. I had to go back after buying the wrong plug which is when I met Seth which was able to get me the right plug and made sure I had all other supplies to get my dryer going. You cannot find customer service like this nowdays.

I have been an Appliance Direct customer for 25 years now. Their prices are the best and furthermore they off top notch products. To buy anywhere else is just plain insane. Yesterday I needed AP again, my garage 18 cu. ft. refrigerator only died. I called the Altamonte store, Tom & Moses set me up, $697 for what normally $2,400. I got a blem for a major discount to which Moses tossed me another $100 bringing to the above price. These guys are helpful, knowledgeable, and very courteous. They are Bob approved!

Walked in today, the Saturday before Christmas, and was helped immediately by Moses who was kind and professional. He helped us get a great deal on a new dryer; paid much less than I was expecting to and left with a new dryer in less than half an hour.
I definitely reccomend Appliance Direct if you need a new machine on a budget.
