Le doy un 3 por que me recomendaron Acima para el financiamiento del equipo y esto fue mi peor pesadilla pues mi equipo costó $950 y tuve que pagar $2,500 por el financiamiento en total $3,500. TENGAN CUIDADO CON ESTA COMPAÑIA QUE ESTA COBRANDO UN 700% POR EL FINANCIAMIENTO. 🤬😡

I bought a brand new scratch/dent Samsung refrigerator from these guys. Found the listing on craigslist. They had sold the refrigerator. I wanted but recommended another one they had which was much better for my family. They actually responded on a Sunday. They were very friendly the delivery fee was very fair due to I live about 35 miles from their store so that would be a 70 mile round-trip. The Delivery driver was amazing, polite, friendly, highly accommodating. I will definitely be shopping with these folks again.

I bought an appliance set on Feb/24 they were delivered 2/21/24, the delivery guys damage my kitchen cabinets and they didn't do anything even when I sent pictures, they also damage the freezer door pulling in to my house and it was Jun and I still not getting anything done. Then on Jun-17- 24 the freezer stop working, the ice maker didn't work and the food was thawed. They came took the fridge and left me a dirty old fridge while they fix mine, more than a week later I got the fridge back. Now 9/27/24 I got the same issue with the fridge and they refuse to honor the word with their guarantee promise.

Just bought these new open box whirlpool appliances for my kitchen. I saved 50% of what it would have cost me to go purchase at another store. These appliances are BEAUTIFUL!! I got a dishwasher, a built in microwave, oven, and a beautiful stove countertop. They offered delivery and installation and it was so easy to schedule it within the same week I purchased. They removed my old ones and installed these appliances with ease. I 100% RECOMMEND!!

A good business to get your appliances from. I bought a Samsung Bespoke Fridge new open box and I found the best deal at this store. They also did the delivery and installment on the day and time they said they would. The salesperson was friendly and answered all the questions I had about the product. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase an appliance from them again.

Since I started working with this company, everything has been incredible, from the attention to the fulfillment of time and quality. I dedicate myself to fixing houses and selling them I have already been working with Mary for several years, super sweet and kind, a personalized attention every time I go (which is often) always answers all my questions and they adjust to my work schedules they have a lot of patience and always do I have been grateful for that I always recommend them without any doubt.
At the time of delivery they are very careful and they show me the product to know that everything is in perfect condition and new, they install it with the greatest of care and they are always Perfect.
My whole family buys there thanks to the fact that I always recommend them and they have all been happy with the results and the quality of the product, if something is wrong they solve it as soon as possible and always respond to the guarantees they are very responsible.

Wow!! Too bad I have to even give them a 1 star. I would prefer 0. Stay far away from this place. They claimed that the items were new open box with scratch and dents. Low and behold they were actually used. All items. We purchased a washer dryer and stove. They tried to argue with me that the items were not used but my pictures show otherwise. This business is a fraud and will be reported to the better business bureau. We specifically asked if the appliAnces were new open box and Marisol responded yes. They repair appliances and resell them as new open box. Also the stove I purchased was not functioning properly the very day we bought it. The wife manager of the store was very combative and unprofessional stating that they are doing us the favor of allowing to return the items. What nerve!!!

They even made us return the appliances ourselves knowing we had to borrow a truck to return them. Pay the extra dollars and avoid getting ripped off!
