We’ve done business with this guy a few times over the years. Most recently, we bought a new washer and dryer from him. He sells brand new as well as used appliances. The locking mechanism on our washer went out so we went back up there and spoke to the guy that sold it to us. He said that it’s still under manufacturer warranty since it was new. He told us to call them and if we have any issues whatsoever with reaching the manufacturer to just bring it up to him and he’d fix it. We brought it to him the other day. Within 1 day he had it fixed and we picked it up. He did not charge us for the repair since we’d not even had it a year and it was still under warranty. He really stands by his appliances. Even the used ones come with a warranty. Any repairs he does on the appliances come with warranty. We will be back if we need any other appliances!!

I came in looking for a front loading washer to replace a broken one that couldn’t be fully repaired. There were several to choose from, both new and refurbished. I got a new one that had very minor scratches for a reasonable price. Greg was great to work with. The only negative I have is the listed hours were not when he got there.

This is a great place to buy appliances. Friendly people.
Just wish there was a place like this opened on Saturdays at least until 12 noon. Hard sometimes to get time off work to get to a place like this.

In the past, Danny was awesome to do business with. Unfortunately this last time was not so pleasurable. We could barely reach Danny to get updates on the delivery on our new / used washer. Trying to reach him was like pulling teeth. Poor customer service experience, and due to this I ended up going elsewhere when we needed a new washer.

I shouldn't even give 1 star. I called on Tuesday and Danny said someone would call or text me the next day between 10 am and 6 pm to let me know they were on their way. At 5:56 pm I called them because I sat at home and waited ALL day and never received a text or a phone call. I got their voice mail and I left a detailed message and asked them to call me back. Today is Thursday and I waited until just after 1pm and I called them again. Danny answered and I very calmly and nicely explained what happened. He confirmed my address then stated that he could be here in a few hours. I asked how they were going to resolve the situation, perhaps waive the $65 call fee since I wasted an entire day waiting for them. He said, "No ma'am. It's not our fault. It was raining all day." I said, "It IS your fault. The rain doesn't prevent you from picking up the phone and letting me know what happened. " VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I have read everyone complaints on here, sorry for any trouble or inconvenience you have had with your purchase and or appliance. I was with Danny for couple years, i am no longer with Danny any more. He was just a very bad employer and wasn’t no team work there. He always every single day he would come into work late, he was never on time. I would have to always wait on him to get to shop, he never just not answer phone or call back, he wasn’t there on time too. What Danny says, goes. Danny said one time to us, he depending on us so he don’t have to work on time. Like really, your the boss so bout you set a example. That’s why I can’t do my service and warranty call and delivery’s like I should and so I can get off work in time. I have always worked overtime up to 12 hours a day and I don’t get paid for that. I don’t and never complain about me working way over the clock because I had to for the customers, he wanted me to manage the building with the employees, the phone calls, sales, set up the service calls how they are seen fit. But when I’m sick or if there a family emergency which doesn’t happen much. He yell at cause he have to deal with customers. All that time I put in for him plus on top what I do for Danny. Wow that’s not how people should be treated. Sorry people and the one I serve, must of y’all like the way I operate but I just couldn’t take it anymore from him and how he does things, just like my girlfriend last week, he really messed her pay up when she worked Monday Tuesday full days and half day on Wednesday and plus some delivery Thursday and Friday, he only paid her 150 dollars for the week. FYI Danny is a unorganized individual to do business with, and a very terrible person to work for and doesn’t help his workers out. O and also people there was also time customers sent me to asked Danny questions which was several times, he would always want to be high and smoke pot in his apartment instead of going to handle customer service. There are going to be several people looking for me and wondering why I’m not there and yes some will still call my phone wondering what had happen. That’s what happen, Danny needs to work on his people skills inside and outside the building, and he needs to leave whatever stuff he has going on between himself and his girlfriend at home cause when he comes to work he effected everyone at work with it so he has taken it out on me, leave it home buddy and take care of the business.
