Our family has bought a few appliances from them and every single appliance was bad. Last appliance almost caught fire. I contacted them because my lawyer wanted to find out if there installer was certified and the owner claims he is. They are very rude. Never get back to you. I would never buy from them again! Attached is the photo of the connectors that they left loose and started sparking in my home.

Best prices in town. Greatest customer service. Edgar assisted us in obtaining a great fridge for our family. We did not expect to need a new fridge so soon but were relieved to know that we had found the perfect one at the perfect price with the best customer service. Appliance connection is horrible. I have never gone through so much headache buying something until I bought from Appliance connection. I bought a refrigerator from this company, which is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.and it didn’t come with the panels so I had to buy them separately and when they arrived, the panels were completely bent and they say send pictures and you can get a refund or they’ll send you new ones. Well, these were very bent so I did as they ask, I took pictures of them and sent them back to the company who said that they were not bent. They were very very bent.. Also, they say that if they see that they are bent, they don’t get involved with it and we have to go after Fed Ex. I will NEVER buy anything from Appliance connection again. It wasjust a horrible experience.

Had two items in my order. First one was delivered to a wrong address and I was left having to deal with the carrier on my one. Second one was given a delivery estimate on the website and never got shipped. I had to call to check on my orders. Order on Best Buy if you want good a reliable service. This company doesn't isn't set up right they are just brokers with no control.

I bought a washer and dryer and it has been 2 months and it is still not installed correctly. Do not care too much about customer satisfaction.
I am giving 2 starts because their support team is decent.

* The warehouse is in New Jersey, so even if "In stock", it will take 2-3 weeks to arrive to CA, then another 1-2 for scheduling an installation.

* Using a 3rd party company for installation

I had multiple issues with the delivery and installation. Every time, I had to wait another 2-3 weeks for another installation slot. I wont bother you with the details, but the main issue is that they are using a 3rd party company for their installation.

Better to buy elsewhere! Costco or Home depot. I learned my lesson, never again.

I highly recommend Dana Gonzalez from Appliance Connections. She went out of her way to assist me. She was responsive, extremely helpful, caring, and considerate. I could not recommend her enough. I’m grateful that she was the one I went to for my appliance purchase.

My 11 year old gas range gave out and i was told it would be about $500.00 to repair it. I decided getting a new one made more sense. I went to at least a half dozen other places including the usual Home Depot & Lowes. One of my coworkers recommended Appliance Connections to me and I am very grateful she did! Aftrid was so helpful in showing me several options. The best surprise was the price you see is the price you pay including delivery plus a one year warranty. Jorge installed my new range a few days later and even hauled away my old one. They are helpful, honest and not pushy at all. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for affordable appliances.

Had to give 1 star to write this review. I typically order from Home Depot or Lowe’s and have outstanding service and a great experience. I only stumbled across Appliance Connection in Bakersfield as they said the gas range was in stock. The price was $100. More as well. My order was placed on 6/12/2023 and I still have not received my delivery. I followed up 2 weeks after my order and was told it’s now out of stock and can obtain updates via my online account. Finally I received a text on 7/24 afternoon indicating my item will be delivered the next day. I have a job like most people and asking for time off in this short manner does not fly. Especially in the Healthcare Industry working 12 hour days. I contacted the delivery company to see if we could schedule a Saturday delivery and was informed they do not deliver on the weekends. She was very helpful and promised me she would arrange for a 6am delivery on Thursday or Friday and would call me back with the exact date. No call yesterday so I contacted them to obtain a status. The lady on the other end checked with dispatch and informed me they can’t do that timeframe and they do not deliver after 6pm as the drivers can’t be on the road that late…… what! So now they can’t fit me in this week and my only option is Tuesday 8/1 between 7-11am. Here I am back at square one. Total bull not to mention huge disappointment. To top it off they are still charging me a $29.99 haul away fee which was cancelled on 6/13 via a live conversion with a representative. I don’t have a haul away need. I would recommend buying through Home Depot or Lowe’s do you get your items in a reasonable timeframe with Saturday delivery and not so many restrictions. I hope to god the range arrives next week in perfect condition. I don’t think I will survive if I have to deal with these people ever again.
