After 3 weeks of a nightmare with ordering a washer/dryer tower center with Lowe’s, I had to return my appliance. Google doesn’t allow enough characters for me to go into detail of that ordeal. After they returned my appliance, I only had a week before surgery, so I needed a replacement asap and went to Appliance Alley on a Saturday. Cristina was exceptional in helping me find the perfect replacement which was purchased, ordered delivered and installed by professional, thorough and efficient installers (not third party installers), the following Wednesday! I was so relieved!

The experience was night and day to the inconsistent, constant miscommunication and scheduling issues I had with Lowe’s. Cristina was so helpful, knowledgeable and helped me from the second I walked into the shop all the way to the follow up after installation. My only regret was not going to them first. I will absolutely shop with Appliance Alley for any future appliance purchases! THANK YOU Appliance Alley!

The purchase, installation, and customer service I received from Appliance Alley were all outstanding! I was recovering from a horrible Best Buy experience when I visited Appliance Alley and Johnny Archuleta helped me select exactly the kitchen appliance set I needed. He found me an excellent deal ($1K less than Best Buy), ensured the appliances were the correct size, and kept me updated through the entire process! His customer service was outstanding. He even checked in twice on the day of install to ensure all was going well. The install was perfect and the team did an excellent job. I wish I needed more appliances because I would happily return to Appliance Alley for Johnny’s assistance.

I just bought a freshly renovated home that included all new appliances from Appliance Alley. The electric range that was selected did not work with our current fuses and wiring. I reached out to Appliance Alley and explained that I wanted to replace the electric range with an upgraded (more expensive) gas range and that I was willing to pay a restocking fee. The associate I worked with (Johnny) was helpful initially and said he found the original invoice, but needed to make sure the range had not been used. We confirmed it hadn't been used and provided a half dozen images proving it was brand new and unused. Johnny said he would work with the management team and try to help arrange an exchange - BUT in the end he said management would not swap out the range, even though it was new, they had record of the sale, etc. THIS WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I wish the owners of Appliance Alley would reconsider their decision and accept our return/restocking fee/upgrade/etc. They have a strong reputation - so this poor service is surprising!

I am very happy and pleased with my purchase of a new stacked washer/dryer combo. Rey is a great salesman, very helpful and informative. Delivery drivers were also top shelf. Very polite, clean, and careful with placing it into the closet. Great service.

Johnny helped us navigate the many options for replacing appliances after a flood messed up our home.
He guided us to the gorgeous FORNO range, knowing that I'm a commercial chef, and we just love it!
He also helped us find a reasonably priced modern recirculating BROAN hood and an appropriately sized 18" GE PROFILE "panel-ready" dishwasher to fit our small space without looking like one (you can hardly tell which cabinet is the dishwasher, which really gives focus to the gorgeous range!)

I learned so much just noodling around with him in their shop, it was very helpful. Thanks again Johnny!

Rey was an excellent salesperson. He did some checking and beat both Lowe’s and Home Depot’s bottom line price. Carlos was the delivery and take away driver.
