I don’t usually write reviews but Nick and Ellie Antonelli’s costumer service was 10/10 and I wanted to let everyone reading this know they are amazing. They are the kindest people! Not only did they personally help me pick out the perfect set for my porch, but they also delivered and assembled it. After researching companies I found them to be the most affordable too. You can buy Pollywood furniture from many retailers however, Antonellis is the best of the best for they will take care of you with care of your concerns and follow up on any warranty you need!
I purchased $3000 of Pollywood furniture 7 yeas ago and they have a 20 year warranty. I live directly on the ocean and had some issues with cracking in the furniture. I contacted “Ellie “ from antonilleis furniture. She Quickly responded with a simple process I should follow. Then Pollywood reached out to both myself and “Ellie” To ensure that Proper parts would be sent in a timely fashion .
The parts I received were an exact match and came very quickly and easy to install.
Antonelli’s furniture is a family owned business I remember when I first purchased the furniture one table would not fit in my vehicle, and Mr. Antonelli delivered to my home personally with his truck at no charge!
It doesn’t get any better than that!

Our experience with antonellis was great. We were looking for polywood furniture to have by the pool and antonellis is one of the few places in brevard that sell polywood. We were shocked by how many pieces that have in their showroom. The staff was very pleasant to work with and helpful with giving us quote for all the different options / configurations we were considering. The only problem was one of the table sets we ordered didn’t fit with the chairs. Seemed like a manufacturer problem however Antonellis went out of their way to rectify the situation for us and we are more than pleased with how it all turned out. Their customer service shows why this small family run company has been in business for so long. They are great and will definitely be turning to them for any future outdoor furniture needs. 10/10 would recommend.

I went in four weeks ago to order a fire table. They weren't ready to sell it because they had a two tone coming in. No rush, my patio was being created. I was ready to put deposit down. I was told, " no" I could pay cash. Two weeks, later I get a call on Vacation to come in with a deposit. I said, "As soon as I get back on Monday 8/12." I go to store and am told it was sold that weekend. I asked for a call back from Joe. So disappointed. I will never shop there again or recommend the store.

Stunning customer service! I purchased for Polywood chairs several years ago. We love them and use them nearly daily. We had an issue with a chair to which we contacted Ellie at Antonellis and she assured us that we still had warranty on them. In less than a week we received replacement parts for our chair. I have never had such awesome service regarding a warranty! Thanks for a great product, and great customer service from your local family owned operation!! Highly recommend Antonellis!
