Clerk refused to take ownership of her mistake by applying my charge on another gas pump even after I corrected her as she entered it. The mgr/owner said he'd have to review the video when he's back in town...apparently he can read lips on the video. The lack of personal responsibility and accountability from the clerk, is a clear indication and representation of its management. Your hard earned money should be spent at an honest business.

Tuesday night around 11:30 p.m.,the night cashier was very rude and unhelpful. I was having trouble using my credit card which I had just used earlier at a different business and it worked fine. He could see it wasn't working but just gave me a cold stare and did not offer any help, and I left without my purchase because I didn't have any cash with me.

The grounds are relatively kept well. Service is not a problem here from my experience. The fountain drinks are always working, which is one of the main reasons I visit ampm besides the Gas. Speaking of, pumps are super easy and function as it should. There are no complaints there from me.

The car wash is not my favorite. I am a car wash expert and enthusiast, and personally, Istobal systems are my least favorite in bay automatic car washes. $12 for a top package that doesn't include a whole lot (more like a basic wash value to me). I've been through it once in recent months, and was not left entirely well impressed because of the pricing and value.

Besides the car wash, everything else is perfectly fine, but because of the mediocre wash, my review is 3 stars overall with the whole place in consideration.

Stopped by to grab some food and snacks on my way home from San Bernardino, and I was really impressed at the professional attitude and kindness that Marlene showed my bro and I. She definitely deserves a shout out! Thank you Marlene! 5 stars!!! By the way, the store was very clean and fresh!

Kind of terse and unhelpful in even a small thing. I used the ATM ($3 charge - I'm okay with that). But it only gives $20 bills, which creates problems for travelers. So I asked if I could get two $10 bills for a twenty. The clerk said, unsmilingly, "Are you going to buy something? I'm not going to open the register unless you buy something." I believe I would have bought something if she had said something like, "I'm sorry. Management doesn't want us to open the register without there being a register purchase." I turned and left. When I fill my tank tomorrow, I'll go to one of the two stations across the street.

Update (same day as my review posted): Got the boilerplate response you read here. So I called the number. The automated response said, "Thank you for calling BP Customer Service". It went on to explain that they were closed, but were open Monday through Friday during Central Time hours (that's two time zones east of here). Hm. Not so helpful a response, that.

I go there to get my gas and sometimes get a Coke and the staff is absolutely fabulous so friendly so nice so helpful overall pretty quick I get in and out very happy with the clients. And so are so many others because it's always busy I like their car wash to it does a great job when you just want the outside done.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at any gas station ever. Guy working was UNBELIEVABLE in his rudeness and attitude. Completely insulted me for asking if they had toothpaste. Motioned with his head Where to look. I said I didn’t see any. He sighed loudly and went back to cleaning the counter. I said excuse me, can you help me? I don’t see any? He ACTUALLY yelled at me “it’s right there!” I said, “okay, maybe you’re out.” He said no. I asked him to show me. He got very frustrated and walked to the closest aisle to the counter, looked down and said, we don’t have any.” I grabbed a drink and put it on the counter and he ignored me (while being right in front of me.) I walked out. went and told everyone I know not to go in.
