Quality beautiful furniture. Mike at patio store is great. Phone to patio store (not find published - had to ask other store for number) rings and rings - no voice mail if he’s with customer. Mike on vacation so called to get an idea when chairs would be delivered. Manager (handles delivery) didn’t ask my name and said we’ll call before delivery. Then tells me needs to be in stock (Mike had confirmed) and then went on about delivery service only part time. So no estimate. Mike back and said this week. They called today and since I wasn’t home during part of delivery time asked to put on back patio. Repeated BACK patio at least twice and he agreed. Just checked - in front lanai - I can’t carry them as heavy but will get help. So spending a lot on nice expensive furniture and delivery ($99) expect better service.

On March 28, 2024 we had a beautiful Bridgeport dining room table, Madison buffet, and 8 chairs delivered to our home. Total cost $15,664.00. After arriving home from work that day my wife noticed slight damage to the top of the Madison buffet, small in size but likely incurred during shipping. By email we notified Cory shortly thereafter of the damage to the top of the furniture and requested repair. Our email was acknowledged and a "few more pictures" were requested. We sent the pictures on April 4, 2024 and then sent a follow-up email on May 17, 2024 regarding the status of the request for repair. Since then, crickets - no communication. This blemish/indentation is fairly small and should be repairable. We had asked Amish Furniture Store to at least contact the manufacturer and advise on the best way to fill or repair this blemish. We had also requested Amish Furniture Store to template this table for pads. Cory stated it didn't cross his mind before the furniture left the store for delivery and promised to have the templating completed later. No templates completed to date. Having paid over $15,000 for this dining room set we cannot let this situation ride. Amish Furniture Store should be better than this and take care of this situation.

We ordered our beautiful bedroom set in November of last year and Corey explained to process and timeline very clearly to us. We were willing to wait since we hadn't yet moved to Florida, but would be there after the first of the year. We got our furniture mid-March and we absolutely love it. It was well worth the wait. Thanks Corey for your patience and for helping us get the bedroom of our dreams.

We order patio furniture in june and got received it October. Two of the arms were not finished correctly. We called the store and the changed the arms in four days. That’s what we call good service. My thanks to Mike and Keith for their excellent work with customers.

Awesome purchase, received over $10,000 worth of furniture on time, the owner, Rob was very professional, punctual, detail oriented, knowledgeable, and honest. There were no hidden costs. The owner personally made sure that my order was delivered on time in pristine condition. I am a native of eastern Pennsylvania and I can tell you, the furniture was constructed in away which Truly reflects the work quality of the Amish. In addition, the order and delivery time were efficient and effective in making me, the Customer satisfied and pleased with the Entire furniture purchasing process. My wife and myself will definitely be going back for future purchases.

Update: I finally received my order in February, delay due to COVID and the Amish not letting anyone from outside the community come in.

Love all of the real wood furniture. About the same price as the junk stuff. Ordered exactly what I wanted, stain, finish, style, etc. Fabulous. Very helpful and patient while I made my decisions. Lots of choices of items available and as examples of the great craftsmanship.

UPDATE: Bumping up a star. The furniture arrived and we love it. One chair was damaged on the truck and they arranged for a new one to replace it within the week. The quality is excellent and the colors were as beautiful as we hoped. I guess we just have to accept that covid slowed everything down, but they weren't very good about communicating the delay reality.

ORIGINAL: We ordered poly patio furniture on November 14th. We were told they normally shipped in 8 weeks, but due to covid, they were shipping in 12 weeks. We prepaid for the entire order. Time is now 16 weeks past order date. During repeated phone calls the salesman didn't even want our name or order number, just the date we ordered the furniture. We are continually being told that they get one truck per week, and they're not shipping for our date yet.
