Had a nail in my tire, this store was recommended by their competitor. Upon arrival, warm welcome was given. The customer service was exceptional from beginning to the end. They did a thorough inspection of my tire and resolved the problem with the nail. Fairly fast service, communication through the process was top notch through their online service tracker. Loved it.

Landon and his co worker (whose name I forgot, but had a nice haircut!) did an amazing complimentary job on my Tesla Y today at Americas Tire Orangevale. They were fast and polite, and are great at what they do. If I were their manager I’d give them an instant raise! Rock on fellas.

Just moved here from CO and needed tires checked and new wiper blades installed on two cars. Noah helped us and was amazing! Great customer service, explained things clearly, and made the overall experience wonderful. They now have a repeat customer! Would definitely recommend this business.

I'm repeat customer, and usually stop by twice a year to change seasonal tires. The tire techs working on the cars are really great here, and their manager is cool too - if there is an issue with certain sales staff like other reviewers mentioned, talk to him so it can be addressed?

I did notice later that two of my tire valve caps were lost and replaced with some cheap after market ones. Thats a $14 loss, and although not too big of a issue, not happy about two of them getting lost.
This and the issue with one of their sales staff being rude takes two stars off. Hope they can step their game up next time.

I don't know why I continue to go to this location. Every time I leave with a light on in the dash. These morons cant seem to figure out TPMS sensors. They broke one last time I was here, and here we are again leaving with a light blinking in my face. Already waited 2 hours and now I cant wait another hour to see if you can figure out a simple sensor. My last review below describes previous visits to the Orangevale location. Never again

"Took my truck in to have a low tire looked at. Left the truck and came back at the end of the day. Had something in the tire close to the sidewall, so warranty covered tire replacement. Came to pick up my truck and the sales rep informed me they replaced the tire under warranty and I paid to have the new tire put under warranty. When I start my truck to leave the TPMS light comes on not reading the rim they just put the tire on. I shut the truck off and go back inside. Sales rep says "OH Yeah, we tried to scan those and none of the TPMS sensors would read at first". This set of rims and tires were bought new, with new sensors, from Americas Tire about a year ago. Im pretty sure they broke the TPMS sensor installing the new tire. And no option was even given to me to replace it. Now I get to stare at a flashing TPMS light in my cluster the whole time I drive my truck. I have spent thousands of dollars at Americas Tire on multiple vehicles. This is the second and worst customer service experience I had with this company in the last couple months."

Yes they have some of the best deals on sets of tires and they'll put them on and do all sorts of services for great prices and quick, however this review is about when I broke down in their parking lot yesterday with a dead battery as a coincidence parked in the shade and left my headlights on ,parked next to me was one of their technicians on his lunch break, I asked that person if he could possibly help ,this awesome guy with the "black Jeep " immediately stopped what he was doing on his break and went inside and got another technician and jumper cables and came out to help me jump my truck, there was some type of problem with my truck ignition and it was not turning over, at that point I believe another man that was their manager that I thank very much for allowing them to come out and jump my car diagnosed my vehicle, he stated he was not a certified mechanic, he gave me his best advice and the phone numbers of local certified mechanics that they dealt with and gave me permission to park my car truck there overnight , very nice guy, so thankful to those people for making me feel comfortable when I was broke down, I was able to get the mechanic across the street to come over for free at " Street tech automotive " across the street, and he started my vehicle up and I drove away and it cost me nothing " thank you America tire center " for allowing me to park there until I could get my vehicle serviced

We have lived in the area for over 20 years now and consistently come here for our tires (other than a short spell at Costco , sorry about that) They are always helpful, polite and professional. Clean waiting room with great Wifi to work while you wait. Luke our tech was very helpful and explained everything very clearly.

Had a disappointing experience at America’s Tire on Greenback Ln. Brought my car in for a tire rotation, and the advisor pointed out wear on three tires, saying it was due to driving on underinflated tires. I regularly check my pressure, and my car has sensors, so I know this wasn’t the case. I suggested the wear might be a defect, but they brushed it off and insisted it was my fault and the tires weren’t warrantable.

After 20 years of loyalty and over $20k spent at America’s Tire, I was shocked at their unwillingness to consider a defect. They just wanted to sell me new tires, and only when I asked for a refund on my deposit for new truck tires did they mention a prorated replacement. I've seen friends and family go through similar experiences here lately, and it’s clear America’s Tire has changed. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and wouldn’t recommend them. I hope smaller local shops and mobile services will show more genuine care for their customers.
