DON’T SHOP HERE. NOT HELPFUL, sitting around doing nothing. Bought a mattress, shame on me for not asking more questions but they just want your money and for you to go. No refunds. Mattress came in a box. Not what tested on the floor. Feels nothing like the one I got. So uncomfortable and literally hurts my body. Can’t sleep. And they won’t do nothing to help. Lost a customer. Would not recommend.

Incredible, just incredible. The customer service was insanely good. The catalog and in-store selection is huge. Very clean. Absolutely shocking deals but also a very nice premium selection. We will only be shopping here.

I went in regarding a credit and i had just had surgery the day before so i was not even upset or speaking loud and now I guess I can not go back to the store. The gentleman with the glasses was very nice and I was speaking to him. The other gentleman was upset and getting into our conversation while he was helping customers. I just went in because of a credit that’s it and because I had gone in previously and I didn’t get a phone call that was it but I didn’t go in there upset or yelling or mad and now they’re saying that I can’t go back to the store that’s fine.

This is a low key non stress shopping experience place to go. The owner is very nice and helpful. There is an abundance of sofas and mattresses to choose from. The best part is the no pressure atmosphere. The in Chico delivery price is $50.00. Stop by to check out your furnishing options and don't miss the checkout desk even if your not making a purchase as the owner always has something interesting on it.

I liked the store. We were asked politely what we were looking for (a Queen sized bed) then shown the way by the owner. Prices were explained etc, then were were left alone to look. That's how I like to shop. I don't like being followed or or repeatedly asked if I need help, even if it's with good intent. Quality was evident throughout the whole store. We found the right bed for the right price. The bed will be delivered and set up tomorrow. The owner is a nice guy who has lots of surprises lurking in the store. All in fun...be careful what you touch. Hee hee.
