I called Ameri Carpet Cleaning this morning Friday, March 16, 2024 for same day service to clean up Red Dye vomit from our son’s bedroom. The Technician (Russell) exceeded our expectation with his professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of how remove this stain. Russell explained the specific type of chemical that would be required to remove the stain, and he was very successful with getting everything removed! We would recommend this company to all friends and family! Thank You for cleaning this Red Dye Out the Carpet! See pics! Thee Best!

I wish that I had the same experience that others have had with Ameri. Ameri cleaned the carpets in the home we just moved out of. We paid Ameri an additional $64.99 to clean our area rug. You can see the pictures of the end result on this review. I could have bought a product from Walmart, cleaned the rug myself, and gotten better results. I called Ameri and spoke with the individual who provided the “cleaning”. He assured me that the rug was thoroughly cleaned. He attributed the final results to carpet wear. He also pointed out his 24 years of carpet cleaning experience. My question was, if you have that much experience, then why didn’t you recognize wear prior to charging us $64.99 to clean the rug with these results. He told me, “I wish I had enough money to deliver a new, clean rug to everyone’s home, but I don’t”. Is that how you conduct business these days? I was reminded once again that experience does not equate to expertise. Everyone can make his/her own decision about who to do business with but I would not recommend Ameri Carpet Cleaning.

In response to Ameri, my wife was told that the white/light spot would most likely still be present but there was no mention of the entire rug not coming clean. In my phone conversation with Ameri, they acknowledged that they didn’t know the issue was carpet wear until they had “cleaned” the rug. If I paid to have my car detailed and it came back dirty, then I would expect a refund, regardless of how much effort or “professionalism” was put into the job. Ameri mentioned their professional customer service but I have never found responding to customer concerns with sarcasm to be very professional. At no point did Ameri offer to make this right. Don’t do a poor job, attempt to blame the customer, and then not offer to correct the problem. That is not how you conduct business!!!

Russ did an exceptional job cleaning the tiles and carpets in our home. Very thorough and detailed work. I highly recommend this service. After and before pics. Amazing difference!
