En cuanto al pago puede realizarse mediante el usos de la misma aplicación m3diante un código qr que se registra al momento del ingreso al establecimiento o también puede realizarse con pago en efectivo o tarjeta de crédito/debito

I went to Amazon and made a cash transaction and unfortunately did not get my receipt. I purchased some pepper jack sliced cheese which isn’t supposed to expire until August ( it’s late June). I ate a piece and noticed it tasted funny and when I looked down I saw the mold. It kind of blended in with the chili flakes of the cheese so I think that’s how I missed it. It was very gross I immediately threw up!! Super gross! Not sure what’s going on if they’re letting shipments sit out unrefrigerated but that’s a health code violation! Please examine your dairy products, meats and produce. Customer service couldn’t do anything or connect me to the manager of the location because they needed a whole lot of information such has product numbers, etc which I did not have. As mentioned I did a cash transaction and did not use my Amazon account info .

A huge disappointment.

I initially came to drop off an Amazon return. However, as soon as I walked in the door, a woman was calling out to me about something. I couldn’t hear her given the noise from outside, as the doors were still open, and the sound blocked any sound from inside. She kept talking despite my indications that I couldn’t hear what she was saying.

Once the doors finally closed, I indicated I had a return. She started to give instructions to go through the “yellow” gate and indicated a direction. I looked and saw nothing yellow (other than the bananas in the distant produce section). This misunderstanding continued until another customer entered and showed me the gate the employee was referencing. Sadly, it wasn’t visible from where I was standing… close to the lady that initially started talking to me as I entered. Once the new customer with the kind soul led me to the magic gate, I went through and then made a 180 to towards the Customer (Dis)service counter.

I rang the bell at the counter. Eventually, an attendant there (who clearly didn’t give damn about helping) showed up and asked for the QR code to process my return. I pulled out my phone, saying something like, “I’ve got it right here… gimme a moment,” at which point he simply turned and walked away. Not so much as a comment like, “Ring me again when you’re ready,” or, you know, sticking around for a whole 30-seconds as I pulled up the information.

After calling up the needed QR code, I rang the bell again, and eventually the attendant re-appeared. The return was processed, and I left.

I abandoned my cart before the exit. Despite entering with it, I was no longer interested in doing any shopping. A shame, really, because I was looking forward to buying my groceries in a novel (and presumably better) way. Unfortunately, the unhelpful, arrogant, and rude reception I received after walking through the front doors was enough to turn me off from ever shopping there.

They just changed how you shop at Amazon Fresh. They now have these carts that scan and weigh items as you put them in your cart.

The new cart has a tablet that shows you your total as you shop and as you're walking down each aisle the tablet will display items that are on sale.

Once you finish, you get your bill instantly instead of having to wait multiple hours till it shows up in your Amazon account.

The nice part is that it shows you how much you've spent as you're shopping ? ?.

My first time at Amazon fresh. Not that exciting as I thought I was.. except no line at the check out counter. Still figuring out how to retrieve my shopping list. The lady said I should be getting an email showing all the items I bought. But no email of the list except a thank you email. I would like to know if I was charged correctly.

This place is a joke.

They hire without training or interviewing, sanitation in the kitchen is non existent, no one knows anything and management is constantly changing. I won’t be surprised when it shuts down.

Don’t shop there. Don’t eat there.

As a former employee who had a seizure and broke teeth in the parking lot while managers came and watched yet didn’t contact emergency services - this place does not deserve support.

Rats poop on the food and then you’re served nasty product. The kitchen is consistently littered with old food that they push out.

If ur a prime member, I highly recommend checking this place out. Some of the prices are a bit higher than my usual grocery store, but the prime prices are nice. They also have fresh food and package pick up and returns which is an added bonus. The cashier was very friendly and even scanned a coupon for us as well. Over all very satisfied.
