Hay mucha variedad de cosas PERO LAS PERSONAS QUE TRABAJAN ALLI DESDE LAS QUE ESTABAN ACOMODANDO LA ROPA Y LA CAJERA SON TERRIBLES UNA DE ELLAS CASI ME PASA LLEVANDO A PROPOSITO Y NO PIDIO DISCULPAS NI NADA Y LLEGANDO DONDE LA CAJERA CONSULTE EL PRECIO DE UN PRODUCTO E HIZO COMO QUE NO LE IMPORTABA EN VERDAD DEBERIAN CAMBIAR PERSONAL EN GENERAL?

This chain is absolutely trash. They have their own brand of boogie boards that are made the cheapest possible and break. Two boards broke within an hour. That is why they have a no refund or return policy so that when you come back an hour later they can have stolen your $100 and not do anything to take care of the customer

We were in town vacationing and we stopped to get some souvenirs. During New Years I had a tumble and hurt my knee, so I wasn't able to go up the stairs. I explained that to the young man who was at the cashier and he didn't seem to care. When I explicitly the store is not wheelchair accessible he made it seem as though it's whatever, not important to him at all!

What he should have said was that even though he doesn't manage the ADA compliance at the store he is willing to convey my sentiments to the manager.

This young man did not seem to care one bit, as seen in the video. I found his behavior to be extremely ableist. Is this what Alvin's stands for? If so that's really sad.

Vacations Time, Stop Here Like All The Other Beachside Souvenir Store Each State Have With Beachfront. I Spent Under $60 Dollars. Went in With At least $100 Dollar Mind Set. They Have Plenty And Every You Would Want For Your Home Decor Or Gifts Up Stairs And Down Stairs. Recommend For Out Of Towners.

Walked in at 11:15pm Sunday night and sternly was told they will be closing in 45 mins. Me and my wife were followed around until we walked out at 11:40pm after purchasing $50 worth of goods. They locked the doors so that other potential customers could not come in at 11:40pm even though they don't close until 12pm..bad customer service. Will definitely not be coming back and making sure to share this with everyone I know.
