I called ALV Custom upholstery to see if they could reupholster my electric sofa recliner for me, everyone else that I called wouldn't do it or wanted an extreme amount of money to reupholster it. I called ALV upholstery and spoke with Jorge.He was very friendly over the phone and told me that he could reupholster it for me but he needed to come to my home to see what all was needed to be done to reupholster my sofa. He came over to my home and was very professional and friendly and he gave me a fair price to reupholster my sofa recliner. When he and his team was finished reupholstering my sofa recliner my wife and I were amazed at the professionalism and quality of workmanship. I was looking for a custom lash bed because I didn’t want to go with the average massage table, I wanted something more luxurious and that would really stand out. I had initially gone to 2 other places before, the first one seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and the second place seemed as though they did not want to take on my project at all (maybe it was too much work for them). But then I found ALV Custom Upholstery and Jorge welcomed my project with open arms!! He was very inviting and professional, we discussed what I had in mind and he made suggestions as to what would work best or look better and of course he gave me the option of taking or leaving his suggestions. He took note of every single detail, which I really appreciate because he listened to everything I wanted. My piece came out very beautiful and sturdy as well, I’m sure it will last me for years to come! I’m very pleased with the work Jorge and his team provided. They provided me with good customer service, great quality work, and reasonable pricing!! I recommend them and I will definitely be coming back if I ever need anything! :)

I recently upholstered two dining chairs that my mother whom is disabled can comfortably get in and out of independently. Jorge the owner was sincere and helpful. The work done was impeccably detailed and done with the utmost care of client. We had ALV uphostery re-upholster 2 chairs and a love seat. Very good service and quality workmanship. All 3 items were completed is excellent time. Pricing was very fair and we are very happy with the work by ALV.

Jorge and his team were unbelievably kind, professional, and SKILLED. We got an incredible deal to reupholster several antique chairs and couches that needed the work. The men at ALV not only did a perfect job of the tailoring, but they fixed structural elements that had been damaged or became shaky over the years. We couldn’t be more thrilled with their work. This is probably the best upholstery place I have worked with. The quality is wonderful and the price is excellent. Definitely worth the drive out from Hollywood. The factory is extremely clean and the staff really care that you are happy with the products. If I could give 6 stars I would. I am recommending them to my friends who are interior designers also.
