I recently had the pleasure of staying at these charming cabins that exceeded my expectations in every way! They are tucked away in a picturesque location with breathtaking views. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome. Their warmth and hospitality were evident as they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of amazing.
The cabin itself was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and recharge. I can't recommend it enough and look forward to returning in the future!

We stumbled upon this place and absolutely loved our stay! The rooms are recently redone so everything is fresh and new. The kitchen and dining area is plenty large to have a proper meal. Everything is well equipped. The towels are nice and new, as are the pillows and linens.

We enjoyed the fire pit at night and there were bikes on property to use to bike around town. It was just perfect.

Our visit to Alpine Village was absolutely wonderful! From the beautiful scenic drive to Lake City, to exploring the town and mountains was a dreamy experience. The cabins are nestled right in the down- town where you can experience wildlife casually strolling along the streets, delicious unique dinning,
a super cute movie theatre, shopping, festivals, fly fishing, and so much to explore among the town's nature. The sightseeing is unmatched!! The staff at Alpine were five-star attentive during our stay, and the management was top notch! From the moment we arrived at the cabins from the time we left, we were treated like family and made to feel as we were always top priority. The cabins were spotless, with a vibe of nostalgia and a modern mix. The evenings were quiet and relaxing, offering a lovely fire pit and outside game activities for the family, we enjoyed every second of our stay. As we were leaving out on our last day there, we witnessed one of the owner's arriving to assist a sweet, widowed guest in loading her car, he ensuring she had everything she needed before departure. As well as throughout her stay, he made periodic check -ins on her, it was so genuine & kind. That alone is a small example of the welcoming this place has to offer. Alpine Village is not just aesthetically charming, but the heart and customer service the owners provide, shines through the entire village through and through, making the stay absolutely unforgettable. We cannot wait to return to Alpine where everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime. The Guidebook

We had the best time at Alpine Village! The cabin was very clean, the check-in process was seamless, and the cabin was stocked with everything we would need for our weekend adventure! We had an issue with the carbon monoxide detector on our first night and the hosts were extremely responsive and got it all sorted out right away for us. Lake City is such a special place and Alpine Village was the perfect base camp for all of our adventures!

I recently stayed at the Alpine Village cabins in Colorado and had an amazing experience. The views are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning mountain scenery that makes for a perfect getaway. The cabins themselves are clean and well-maintained, we had a very comfortable stay. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. I highly recommend Alpine Village for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Colorado in a cozy and friendly environment.

Atmosphere is great, perfect location. The room is nice and bed is comfortable. What keeps it from being 5 star is the bathroom. The bathroom is very tiny, like being in a RV bathroom. I would recommend doing away with the full size refrigerator and full size oven in exchange for a min fridge, hot plate, and toaster oven so you can move the wall to make room for a larger bathroom. The room also has no AC which 99% of the time isn't an issue in lake City so expect it to be a little warm inside on 70+ degree days. Our door lock was not locking because the bolt didn't line up with the hole and the ceiling fan shook pretty wild but those are easy fixes that I'm sure will be taken care of soon.

My husband and I stayed at Alpine Village with our two dogs at the end of August 2024. The cabins were spacious and came with pretty much everything we needed. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the owners and workers so very friendly. The location of Alpine Village cannot be beat! Just a few blocks to the main part of town and an easy walk to the Lake City Bakery which is so so good. This was a super getaway in a beautiful part of Colorado.

My brother and I were encouraged to travel north for our annual camping trip to Colorado. We spent the best week of early September in Lake City, Colorado. In a completely furnished cabin any camper could dream at Alpine Village. The host hooked us up with a Fly Fishing Guide; we caught trout that only a beginner could dream of. We also rented a UTV to go around the Alpine Loop. The scenery was picture book amazing. We were so pleased with everything, that we are planning next year’s trip right back to Lake City and renting a cabin at Alpine Village
