My experience with Alpine Appliance regarding a warranty claim on my GE washing machine was both frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the saying, “A man is only as good as his word.” What made the situation worse was their poor communication. They never answered the phone, only responded with “send a text.” When they finally replied, I had to practically beg just to get an appointment for my warranty claim.

They gave me a 9-hour window for their arrival, but by hour 5, I had heard nothing. I messaged them for an ETA—no response. I eventually asked if I should reschedule with a more reliable company, and was told they’d arrive by hour 9, right at the end of the day. At 4:30, I was messaged with more excuses and expected to give them another day of my time. Throughout the entire process, I had to chase them for updates, only to be met with vague excuses or, worse, total silence. When they did respond, their answers were unclear and never addressed the real issues.

Not only did they fail to deliver on time, but when I raised my concerns, their communication was dismissive and unprofessional, leaving me feeling completely unheard.

In an industry where communication and trust are crucial, Alpine Appliance failed on both counts. If a company can’t stand by their word or maintain basic communication, they’re not worth your time or money. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for reliable service.

Elvin Zalov Was very professional and quickly quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my dishwasher. Not only did he fix it, but he also cleaned it out very thoroughly. It’s running perfectly now. He was courteous and answered all of my questions. He worked with a smile on his face!!!
Alpine appliances was very quick to respond to our request and got the piece ordered and got it fixed within just a few days. I would definitely use him again, and recommend that anyone reading this review would use him also as well as Alpine appliances. I have no qualms about giving them five stars. I’ve had so much trouble in the past with people showing up and timely work, but this guy was on it! So was the company!

Came to Mountain View & fixed our 3 year old LG refrigerator when the compressor went out. It did take awhile, but that was due to LG & the warranty. Very nice people. I would highly recommend them & will call them again if I need a repair man. We were very satisfied with the service.

I received a text to schedule an appointment for my dryer to be repaired. I scheduled the appointment. I followed up the day before my appointment because I would have to take off work, arrange my kids, etc. I never heard back from anyone when I tried to confirm the appointment. I sent multiple text, make phone calls to the number that text me and the number listed on google, and left messages. Zero response. DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIRS OR TO KEEP APPOINTMENTS WHEN THEY MAKE THEM.

After getting no call-back from two other services I was referred to, someone gave us Alpine's number. James called me that evening and came as soon as he could. Despite having issues getting foreign parts, and unexpected surprises, James got us back up and running. Very professional, prompt and fair pricing. We were very impressed.

Update: I received a response from someone working for this company in response to my previous post. Their response was laughable. According to at least two other companies that contract out for Whirpool, Alpine Appliance is no longer allowed to perform work on Frigidaire for warranty claims. Frigidaire had received multiple complaints from extended warranty customers stating that someone representing Alpine Appliance had been manufacturing false evidence making it appear that the appliance owner had caused whatever issue that the claim was based on, and not the actual truth. The worker for Alpine Appliance at that point attempted to extort the money from the appliance owner to perform the repair. This is precisely the experience that I had with them. So, the fact that the representative for Alpine Appliance attempted to claim that the company had any integrity was laughable. The service technician was rude and too lazy to do what was expected of him. The only threat that was ever levied against them, was my assertion that I would contact the Arkansas Attorney General's office and file a consumer complaint against them. My dryer was finally repaired after almost two months of fighting the lie that Alpine Appliance attempted to stick me with. DO NOT USE THEM. ALPINE APPLIANCE TECHNICIANS MANUFACTURE EVIDENCE TO TRY TO FORCE YOU TO PAY THEM FOR REPAIRS THAT SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER YOUR WARRANTY. IF YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY ASSIGNS THEM, CONTACT THEM TO GET ANYONE OTHER THAN ALPINE APPLIANCE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Alpine Appliance was here when they said they would be. He got me out of a bind with my washer. My board was out and my washer was full of water and clothes with the lid locked. He came out found the problem drained my washer so I could get my clothes out. He ordered the part, when it came in they text me as to when he could put it in the next day. Thank you for your attention to my problem.
