Alo Beverly Hills - great selection of high quality Alo producs - awesome place to shop. Staff are dressed head to toe in Alo as expected and looking good! I was greeted with a hello when I walked in the store, that’s always good. I browsed around for a few looking at pieces. No one asked if they could help me find anything (I work in retail and this is a must). As I went to find a staff member I spotted a woman she sounded Australian. As I took a step over she walked the opposite way. I asked so do you all service guest? She said yes. I asked my question. I let the sales rep at the register know and she just proceeded with the purchase. I had to ask her if she was going to summons a manger. She told me there was no manager around they were on lunch. I confirmed so you have no manager on the sales floor. That’s odd to me but I just do t have the energy for bad customer service. I wish I didn’t need my workout gloves tonight for tomorrow and wasn’t desperate. I never make people feel that I don’t want to assist them. Stores like this are disgusting.

Not the best experience at this Alo store. Unfortunately it’s the flagship store. They don’t accept any returns when they tell you have 30 days to return. Knowing that they have such strict policy I’ll never shop here again.

I am truly disheartened by the experience I had at this location from Julia Saghian and Raul Martinez. I went to the store on November 10th and purchased 8 items. I mistakenly got the wrong size due to my pregnancy, as I am still figuring out my comfort level in clothes. I went back first thing Sunday morning on November 12th asking for a simple size exchange and they claimed my items were in severely worn condition after 1 day. They gave me the hardest time and were extremely rude for a simple sizing up. The manager placed a ban on my account claiming I am a serial returner due to the fact that I am pregnant and needed a simple size exchange. I emailed Alo headquarters about 10 days ago and there has been no response.

Look carefully before buying from this store. I took photos of merchandise they were selling to customers and there needs to be quality control.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to highlight how nice Naara and Jesse were! I also had called in advance to check inventory on an item where the staff member happily checked for me. As someone who usually goes to the Alo located in the Grove, I learned the benefits of coming to the one in Beverly Hills and loved the selection and variety they had.

I had bad experience with the manager of this location . He didn’t accept return for dress that I never washed . I’m a costumer of this store about 6 years . I will never come back
