I had THE most incredible experience yesterday at Almost Perfect Furniture!! I am moving to The Villages in mid-August and needed a whole house full of furniture. Greeting me outside the front door was furniture associate Cheryl, and warmly opened the front door and asked what I needed? Cheryl efficiently and expertly showed my friend and I through both huge showrooms, and I was able to purchase EVERY single piece of furniture I needed in 90 minutes. Two bedroom sets including mattresses, formal dining room, chairs and sideboard for entertaining, breakfast nook table and chairs, chandelier, living room couches, television console/storage and some decorations!!! I had a set budget, and the final price including delivery was well below my budget. Cheryl is a fantastic sales person, and I highly recommend her and the other managers, including delivery staff. Save yourself a ton of time, and go straight to Almost Perfect Furniture to get exactly what you need!! A very satisfied first time customer, Stephanie

Very nice and helpful employees. They have two stores right next to each other. I've found it to be very good quality furniture. They have unique and interesting designs you don't see every day. But what I really must stress is the quality. I've found that most items should be made out of wood and are actually made out of wood and not particle board. They were very helpful loading everything into my vehicle, but you should know that they do deliver. I would recommend Almost Perfect Furniture!

This is my third time working with Almost Perfect and as usual I found each person we dealt with wonderfully personable and professional. Lance and John delivered my piece as he promised on time, and both were extremely helpful. Very respectful of my dogs and ensured all doors were shut before they made their next move. Purchased several items for our living room, after recently moving to The Villages. Michelle had set up a “room” in the warehouse, and the set was just perfect for us. What an eye for style! The furniture was delivered within about a week after the purchase. Advian and Tavo came to deliver and set-up everything. They were very polite and respectful of our home. They brought everything in and set it up in our living room for us. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with them. Great communication throughout the process keeping us informed about the day, date, and time of delivery.

August 2023 update:
We have now looked at many furniture stores in the area. My initial review of Almost Perfect Furniture is still pretty much spot on. We spent more time walking through the now two buildings of Almost Perfect furniture. I will say that I didn't like being followed around the store. We want to shop and speak freely among ourselves. I do not care for the high pressure sales tactics of someone on top of you all the time like a bad rash. I can find the salesperson and ask questions if and when I have them.
I will cut Almost Perfect Furniture a little slack on their prices. Although still high for what it is. There are other stores with what I would consider better quality furniture, asking higher prices yet. And some stores are asking extremely high prices for their products. You can find some lower priced items at Almost Perfect. But the lower cost is normally for a reason, from what I have seen. I have now purchased furniture at five different furniture stores in the general area recently, that had better quality and/or better prices. So my initial review, is pretty much still the same. Almost Perfect Furniture seems too expensive for what they are offering. And the sign on the door turns me off before I even walk in.

I drove a fair distance to visit this establishment. They have a good amount of inventory in stock. The first thing I noticed is a sign saying something to the effect of "all sales final, no refunds".
The furniture I looked at was not of the best quality compared to most furniture that I have now and have purchased in the past. Also, as I looked around I questioned the prices listed on the tags for both new and used furniture. Maybe these are the going prices. But I decided I am going to visit other furniture stores to compare the products, quality and prices. To me, the prices seemed extremely high. I could be wrong, but I can't just hand over that kind of money. I owe it to myself to check into this.
I am not trying to trash this establishment. But I do have questions that make me uneasy. If I am wrong in my assessment, I will edit this review to reflect that. But if I'm not. This review will stand or even be edited to reflect that as well.

As far as furniture shopping goes, this was a delightful experience. Our first visit was exploration and budget purposes only and we were allowed to wander unmolested which was wonderful! Our 2nd visit was for the purpose of purchasing and after a short conversation with Michelle, she led us to a variety of pieces that fit our home & style perfectly. She suggested a few other items that we might need, but never got pushy or intrusive, even suggested that we take the time to measure for fit. Delivery was scheduled for less than 2 weeks out and included all of our pieces in 1 trip. The young men, Tevo & Brent arrived well within the timing window, were neat, efficient, polite and very helpful in getting the heavy stuff centered in place. We will definitely be going back for “stuff” for our new home as the store has just about anything and everything that is needed to make a house a home. Plus, the inventory changes so often, it’s like a new store every time you go!

Went there to get a bedroom set for 1 of our guest bedrooms. I found a set I liked but the back of the furniture was so dirty. My husband asked the saleslady we would buy it if some would clean the furniture before delivering it to us. And she said sorry it comes to the buyer home the way it is in the showroom. And also she was trying to sell me a used mattress. Back where we just came from (Illinois) it’s illegal to sell used mattresses. And besides that’s really gross! We told her no way would we buy a used mattress but she showed us another mattress and it was a used mattress as well. We gave up and left and went an bought all new furniture! I thought it was marked rather high anyway after I seen how much a new set cost us. About the same price!
