I went to the manufacturer's website of my A/C, and this firm was listed as a dealer. I checked Google, and the rating was excellent. Rafael was my technician and he resolved my A/C issue during the service call. He was methodical, testing each component, writing down values/specs to help me determine the 'health' of my old unit. Two hours of inspecting/testing was a worthy price for a unit that was not serviced for 5+ years. Got pictures. Was a simple fix, no parts to replace (lucky me). He told me what was aging, showed me the corrosion from the ocean salt, etc. Brochures. Goodman, 18 years old, but still going strong with cold air. Excellent communication from staff, SMS text, and service. Thanks. Real happy.

I always try out a dealer/service business with something simple. Preferably something that I know a little bit about. A/C is not my strong suit, but when they offered a first-time maintenance call for a lower than usual price - I jumped at it. And I'm glad that I did. The very professional and on-time young man who did a standard service on my unit appeared to me to be very thorough and exacting in his work. He checked power usage, refrigerant and over-all health of my 20 year old unit.
I knew that it had some issues. He showed me specifically what they were and gave me a frank and realistic discussion about how they could be addressed. It was presented to me as various options. I was cautioned about several due to the unit's age and given choices that would fit with my needs and situation. I'll definitely be doing business with these folks again.

This business is top notch! Our AC froze up on us in August and they went out of their way to create a temporary fix until our new unit arrived. It got us through some very hot days that would have been miserable had they not cared enough to care. Michael the senior technician did everything he could to make sure we didn’t have to rent a hotel room! He pulled it off like magic! Tony the owner was so attentive in making sure we were taken care of! Fast forward a couple months we had another issue but not with the new unit instead with the damper and they spent several hours thoroughly diagnosing the problem and we feel very blessed in how this company and its employees take care of their customers. I would recommend them to anyone needing AC repair! You’re in good hands here!!

I had my checkup(every 6 months) with Shane this morning. He did some work last year on my unit, and did a great job. He did a thorough check up this morning and told me everything was in great shape. Shane is professional, courteous, friendly, and knows his stuff. I added another year of checkups this morning, and would say that Shane is a tremendous asset to All Volusia and Flagler Heating and Air!

Today’s maintenance visit was surprising and disappointing. Our technician (Michael was nice and informative) was scheduled for an early morning appointment but due to issues at another appointment, he didn’t get to our house until almost 4:30pm; a total waste of our day and time.
We have a service agreement which covers parts and labor BUT not refrigerant.
We were under the impression that we would be paying approximately $80.00 today and was shocked with a bill approximately $1100.00.
Plus because of the late hour, the technician wasn’t able to complete the repair. Which means another day (to be determined) will be involved when the parts come in.

The unit is approximately 4 years old.
