Do NOT do business with them. I had to select one star to get it to post here, but really if I could have selected negative stars I would have. They charge outrageous prices to begin with, but we understood that. They sell crappy products AS IS, so there is no recourse. Their product failed, so we took it back and they "repaired" it with used parts that also failed in less than two weeks and they BROKE something else on it in the process. They are CROOKED cheaters. THIEVES. They should be ashamed. I DO NOT recommend. I never write reviews - until this one.

We highly recommend this business. They repaired our dryer about six months ago and our washer recently. Their service is prompt and their prices are fair. They are courteous and customer friendly. We plan to use them again in the future.

bought a frig and washer from them a week ago. called yesterday got quoted a price 475.00 for another frig by the owner, I was picking up today. they did not honor their word. Will need more appliances as have 6 rentals renovations, won't be from here. owners sister seemed really wired would not talk business with me.

We had the best experience, after having horrible customer service on a brand new washer that only worked for a month from Lowe’s and having 6 different technicians sent out and it never being fixed. All appliance and more helped us so much and they are so nice and helpful, we even came in 30 minutes before they closed but that didn’t stop them from helping us. Highly recommend them!

I hate to even give them one star. I bought a washer here for my 88 year old grandmother. Took it home and hooked it up after one load of laundry it quit so I returned it to the store to be fixed after two weeks we picked it up and repeated only this time it didn’t work at all we took it back to the store and they exchanged it for another washer that we brought home and hooked it up and you can guess it didn’t work. The parts to fix it are as expensive as the washer. My advice would be to go to Lowe’s and buy a new one. This place isn’t worth the hassle.

If you're going to go here, be aware that you need to check every inch of the unit you are looking at because they are not going to point out anything wrong with it for you. The appliances on the sales floor have plenty of room between them, so you can see any damage to the side, but I was taken to look at one in the back room. There were lots of units crowding around it and my grandson was acting up. The saleslady seemed very nice and I trusted her for some reason. In retrospect, I should have made them turn it around so I could inspect it better ... fool me once. I wasn't home when they delivered it, my daughter was. She wondered why I thought that large dent was a "minor ding". I didn't know until I got home that it looked like it had been dropped along the side near the floor. I called the next day and was told that the saleslady I described, would return my call. She didn't. I gave her several days to call and then, well ... life happens. I should have called again sooner, but when I finally did, I told her I felt it was also her responsibility to point things like that out, not just mine and I felt like I was taken and was owed something. I was offered nothing. It was partly my fault, but a "did you look all around it" would have been appreciated. I paid $450 for the unit, but a new undamaged unit is only $699, so this was too much considering the damage and that you only get a 6 month warranty, and per other reviews, you have to load it up and bring it back if you want service. This much damage deserves a better discount. At least for now, it does work well, but it's sitting where the damaged side shows. Thumbs down on All Appliance Plus.

Beware before wasting your money here. I bought a dryer got it home didn't work had to take it back they changed fuse. He said if this happened again would change thermostat well Couple months later it quit again I took it back went to pick it up all they did was changed fuse again it worked 3 more times. Would NOT Recommend!! Big waste of money!!
