Bought and washer and dryer, within a year both have messed up. Took back for repair because it was right after purchase and they “fixed it”… charged us for said fix but when we took back home my husband had to actually fix. They’re awful and have terrible customer service. Avoid using this business unless they’re going to improve their ways. I could not be more dissatisfied and I am out way more money and time than if I would have went elsewhere. I hate to even mention it but I just don’t even feel like they care, the person in there is not friendly AT ALLLLLL.

I paid just at 3,900.00 for new furniture and washer and dryer in 1 yr time. Never a late payment. The month I paid it off washer quit spinning. I called he acted like he couldn't care said to bring it and he'd look at it. He never called me back with estimate. Finally I got him on the phone. Barrings need replaced and my warranty is no longer because it's paid off...fine please just fix it. says it'll take 2 weeks or so to send it to Russellville to fix it. Fine. A month later I call and speak to a woman she yes it's here but the work order hasn't been updated....to call back tomorrow. So I did. He played it off like oh it's something else wrong with it. Truth is it never left for repairs......this all started in November 2022. It's still there and I'm still without a washer. He offered a loaner but they don't normally do that.....but I have no truck... what kind of appliances store/repairs don't have a truck......
I'm just over it and just want my washer brought back to me fixed or still broken!

I have done business with this place before, even referred them to people. My dryer went out 2 days ago. Went and got another one today . Put it in at 2pm and hasn't dried 1 load of laundry. It's 7pm . More to come on this review.

Bought a washer dryer for $700 first time we used it the water ran all night so I took it in for the free warranty. Got it back two weeks later to find out after I set it back up it flooded the laundry room dripping water. Haven't got to run a full load of laundry in it and it's 3 weeks after buying. Poor quality and workmanship go somewhere else.

I've been a customer for 2 years now and have always had nothing but great experiences with the staff and their techs. Very helpful, friendly & honest. Wanted to purchase a front load washer and dryer set to put in my mobile home and instead of just taking my money and "making a sale" they were honest and informed me of the problems I might run into with them, seeing as how my house wasn't on a foundation. Went with a standard washer and dryer set instead and haven't had a single problem. Says a lot about a company that will sacrifice making a couple extra hundred dollars to be honest and save their customers headaches and hassles. I've recommended All Appliance to several of my friends and family and they have also had nothing but great experiences. I've used the 6 month in shop warranty in the past as well and was told upfront that it may take several days to fix my appliance and when it was repaired it worked perfectly. My friend took a dryer he didn't purchase from them and was told to just wait and they fixed his dryer in between 5-10 minutes! They honor their warranty and have always worked with my family and friends and we won't shop anywhere else for our appliance needs! Thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff for all they've done.

Justin isn't very friendly or customer oriented,but the lady is great! We had a problem with.a dryer we bought,took it back and Justin fixed it. Worked great for one day and acted up again and took it back. The lady let us exchange it for another one.All appliances have a 6 month warranty. Just keep your receipt.

My disabled mother had a washing machine that was leaking. She was referred to go to this place to find a good used wash machine... Yea right. Two wash machines later she ended up wash machine that's leaking minus the $200 she wasted at this place. The first one she got from this place wouldn't go through the rinse cycle. Frankly, I got tired of loading-unloading wash machines and told her not to worry about the warranty and I'd pick up one that actually worked for $50 dollars since this place clearly only intended on taking advantage of her trying to sell her overpriced $hit that doesn't work just wanting to take her money.

I bought a set for $400 and the dryer was broke so we took it back and got it repaired. 2 days later it was broke again when I asked if I could get money back or a new set the guy was very rude. When we went to give them the dryer back they gave us a new one and it works fine. Just make sure your appliances work before you buy.
