Incredibly rude and unprofessional! The customer service was awful. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely disrespectful and had a terrible attitude. I have never been treated so poorly by a service company. They don’t give any notice before arriving to fix your machine—they just call last minute and expect you to be immediately available. I don’t recommend!

I purchased 4 years ago and wanted to finally make a post. Albers Appliance is a wonderful company to do business with. I enjoyed how easy the process was to purchase and have them install my new appliances.

This is a great family business and not some big box store they take care of you. I hope to shop with them in the future.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with Dave and the team at Albers! My husband and I went there based upon recommendations from neighbors. Dave wasn't pushy, walked us through the options, and committed to his word. He was also extremely knowledgeable with fair prices. The install and follow up were on time and well communicated. It was refreshing to deal with a nice, local business and not feel like we had to compromise on price or service. We'll definitely be back for any future appliances!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. If you are an individual attempting to purchase residential appliances for your home, I do not recommend this business. I sought to work this company as they are a local mom and pop business. In February, we ordered a washer from Albers. Due to current supply chain issues and market conditions, it was understandable that delivery of the ordered product would be delayed. We were initially promised delivery in May. Thereafter, we were promised delivery in June. We had not heard from them in the latter part of June, so we reached out. Now, they inform us that they are not expecting delivery of the product anytime this year. When I explained to them it was incumbent upon them to let their customers know about this, I was berated and I was informed by Dan they had no obligation to do so. Sure, no such obligation may exist. However, any business interested in providing satisfactory customer service, would make the effort of letting their customers know about supply and delivery issues. Obviously, Dan and Albers are not interested in providing good customer service. What was most shocking during our conversation was that Dan said they have been out of the business of residential washers for many months now. In other words, they had no ability to deliver the ordered product for many many months now. Despite being out this business, they never informed us of this even though we would call at least on a monthly basis to check on the status of an order. It's a shame that this local business is not interested in treating their customers and frankly, we have been mislead. I do not recommend this company whatsoever for the purchase of appliances.

Very happy with my experience with Albers today! Scott showed up early for our appointment window and proceeded to quickly and accurately estimate the cost for repair of the four appliances I called about. He had most of the parts in his truck and was finished in under an hour with all of my issues resolved. very happy with booking of job as well - person on phone very personable, professional and understanding of my appliance issues. highly recommend and will use Albers again!

Completely unprofessional - I feel so ripped off!!! A zero is a more appropriate score.

I have a washing machine - followed owner's manual. Diagnosis was water inlet/ electronic board. I called Albers for service and explained the situation.

Repairman came - told me he is unsure about how to repair - "it's either the water inlet + electronic control (board)." Exactly what I told Albers when I set the appointment.

No repair was done - I was charged a visit fee of $150 for Albers to steal my watch to tell me the time.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! MANUFACTURER SHOULD DROP THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased a Speed Queen washer here. I live about 30 minutes away and this is one of the only retailers that sell Speed Queen. I called and spoke to Dave and did some price shopping. Their price was competitive and included delivery & installation & removal of my old washer. Dave was pleasant and knowledgeable. It was nice dealing with a small mom-n-pop retailer, and receive personalized service. I was the only customer there and he took his time and answered any questions for me. He showed me a similar washer so I knew what I was buying. I paid for the washer on a Friday, and they ordered it from Speed Queen, with delivery scheduled for Tuesday. The delivery man called and delivered on time. He was professional and courteous. He was cautious and tested the washer before he left. I gave him a tip and everyone was happy. The washer is great and well built. I would recommend Albers so far. If anything changes, I will submit an updated review.
