I was very happy with the service I received. Jesse was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase. The appliances were delivered a week later and the three delivery guys were amazing. They were very careful not to damage any of the walls or doors when taking out the old appliances and replacing them with the new appliances. We had ordered two pedestals for the washer in the dryer unfortunately those came in the wrong color. One of the delivery guys called the store ordered the proper ones and they were delivered the next day. Overall great experience with Aitoro Appliance.

Benny helped me enormously. He was swamped on Columbus Day. He said he’d call me back with a bit of info. And he did. My request was to possibly order a very small freezer. This has to have been the dinkiest order Aitoro has ever been asked about. Benny found two in minutes. The one we both thought would be great was delivered in days and is now purring in my kitchen. The delivery men were wonderful, too. So many thanks to Benny and his perfect disposition and fine quick, mind. Thank you delivery men, too. I will be calling you again. Thank you! Anne M

My only regret is that I didn’t discover Aitoro decades ago!!! From the beginning conversation with the sales rep who was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly surmised what I needed and wanted, which was not the most expensive, to the crew that removed my old gigantic range, (no small task) and the delivery and installation of my new ranges, yes, I got two 30” instead of the 60” saving me TONS of money, everything went smoothly. And this was all just before Thanksgiving! I HIGHLY recommend.

Working with Jason at Aitoro for my new washer was very easy and delivery seamless. Jason was very helpful and patient looking up reviews and comparing machines. The price was better than local big box and delivery meticulous!. I couldn't be happier with my Aitoro experience.

Our washer quit working. We wanted to shop local and have a more personalized experience purchasing the washer. They also have competitive prices to the big box stores. Aitoro is a locally owned company and they service what they sell. Benny helped us and was very knowledgeable. He gave us an education on top load and front load machines. There was no pressure for the purchase and we did decide on a washer that will suit our needs. A great experience!
