My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Airport Home Appliance Redwood City! We went during the Labor Day weekend sale on a whim, and Luis J. helped answer all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and got us the right fridge for our needs and price point. Super honest, super funny, he made the whole experience extremely easy and stress free and we love our new fridge!

We recently had our home remodeled and purchased our kitchen and laundry appliances from Airport Home Appliance. I highly recommend Airport Home Appliance in Redwood City and our wonderful salesperson, Abby Huang! She took good care of us and was very patient. She is very service-oriented, has a lot of knowledge on products and communicated in a timely manner. Great work on their delivery and installation staff as well. I recently bought a Samsung refrigerator this month. I didn’t realize until recently the manufacturer date was 3/2022. I would have rejected refrigerator if I knew it’s been sitting for two years. I also texted and emailed my sales person on other issues but she went dark on me after the sale. My family has bought many appliances from them. I will not be going back! Sales ID-SORWC8220–101

Airport Home Appliance in Redwood City CA. It was a very excellent experience to buy a washer from this company. Luis Johnson premium specialist sales associate was a very professional knowledgeable. He also has a great sense of humor. I am happy with the GE washer I purchased. If I need any order appliances in the near future I will return to Airport Home Appliance. They make you feel very at home.

I had a really great experience at Airport Appliance in Redwood City. I was kinda going back and forth on what appliances I wanted, but Tai La was super helpful and patient. He gave me lots of good advice and made the whole process way easier.
They had a great selection of basically every brand you could think of. It made it really easy to find the perfect appliances for my home.
I'd definitely recommend Tai La and airport appliance.

Came here to buy an oven and Tai helped us. Really useful guy! Our 2001 27” wall oven had died and do you know it’s very difficult to replace that size?! Most wall ovens are standard 30” today. With Tai’s help- we were able to find a combination wall oven/ microwave/convection oven and a warming drawer to replace our original unit without having to do a major removal of the adjoining pantry. Plus they have an 18 month interest free financing plan. I don’t regret buying from here and only wish I had purchased our refrigerator from here too. The RWC location also had Wolff, Miele, Gaggenau,sections. The selection is MUCH better than Lowe’s or Home Depot. Overall recommend this place for excellent selection and customer service.
