Terrible experience with this location.

Bought a fridge with a warranty and it died within two months. Called and called to no avail (left voicemails as well). Went into the store twice and was told both times we'd get a call.... took days for them to finally get back to us, and then a few more days to get a replacement. The replacement worked for two days before the compressor went out, causing us to have to throw a lot of food away.

Again, we called and called, but it seems like nobody answers the phone here, so we went back in. Jared became super defensive and even went as far as belittling us for making the decision to hard a brand new fridge delivered.

Mind you... this fridge went out two days before Thanksgiving and we also have three kids living at home.... going a week without a fridge is not feasible and for him to talk down to us was icing on the cake.

After lots of searching and calling other locations (because jared refused to give us any info), we finally got in touch with the district manager and he was super helpful with a resolution.

Jared's customer service was off the charts bad, and I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Walked in, found a Kenmore side by side that will fit my rental home. Looks nice! Made by GE. Was not plugged in and working. Against my better judgement bought it anyway and for a little over 300 dollars had it delivered and my old fridge taken away. Plugged it in got cold fast! In about 24 hrs or so it starting make ice!! Nice!!! 3 weeks later, the freezer side iced up and no longer cold since the air could not circulate. What the? Unplugged it for 24hrs. It thawed. Plugged it back in and 2-3 weeks later, it iced up again. Went back to the store where I bought it. Near SW Plaza location. Told the guy what is going on. He said they have a replacement warranty 60 days. He can swap it out for another. But let me get this straight, you want to replace it because it is working too good? I am thinking.. What? He had no replacement as all are too big. He said to check his store on Santa Fe and they may have one my apt size and he would swap it out. So off I went. Nothing really fit the size I needed. I still have 2 weeks left on my swap it warranty. I want to keep the one I have so I found an appliance repair guy from "DENVER HVAC & Appliance Repair Guys". He came out and said the problem in your controller? and they do not make them any more. What? This is not good. This is not making sense to me. So I paid the guy 63.80 for his expertise and he left. I went home and youtube my icing problem. Did not know fridges had a defroster. Makes perfect sense actually. So I went back to my fridge and remove 4 screws from a backing plate inside the fridge freezer side where all the icing happens and behold. There is the defroster. another 4 screws and a single plug and it is removed. Took it to the used appliance store where I bought the fridge because they also sell parts. He ohmed it and said o yea, its bad. Thinking since he knows I bought the fridge from him he would help pay for the defroster. Strange he knew what it was and knew to ohm it, but never offered anything except a swap a few weeks earlier. Strange. So he looked up the part and said it is not in stock but can be had in 48 hrs at a cost of 112 dollars. I said I need it today and would try to source it locally. No help offered. I went home and jumped on Amazon and found the defroster for 19 dollars with free shipping. What the? Ordered it. and with in 48 hrs I now have a perfectly good side by side Kenmoore/GE refrigerator. No thanks to the store or the repair man. The store did a 200 percent mark up! Nothing wrong with making a profit. But 200 percent?

Great experience and we got exactly what we wanted. The first fridge we bought did not fit in our car, but Jared was super helpful and let us get another one instead. Amazing customer service, great prices, very easy. Thanks Jared!

They allow the purchase of used appliances in store but most are already sold and just sitting there like they're available. If you find a appliance to buy, they offer delivery. If you choose this option, they're several weeks out. If you choose to take it with you...they HAVE NO WAY OF HELPING YOU LOAD YOUR APPLIANCE. No loading dock, no lifts of any kind, NOTHING TO HELP LOAD YOUR PURCHASE. The salesman will actually try to talk you out of your purchase because he has no way of helping you load it!!! He will actually become rude and combative! CRAZY!!!! Beware!!!

The in-store activity was easy enough and found a frugal value in a washer/dryer combo. Manager extended a courtesy bonus entitled "Manager discretion" . Thanks dude!!!! Kevin I think

Sweet used machinery with a luster attached. Recent build...probably within the last 3 years....easy choice.....dials instead of a fancy light show.....

Next step is installation which comes in a few days.......will report back
then and so far so great!!!!

Returning to the post and they were delivered on time and with very little hassle. They used body harnesses and two of the working dudes just very simply navigated a couple sets of basement stairs and we are up and running.

OK now look, good deal here for me....limited cash and wanting a good product and get it into the house and all that.....two thumbs up

next step install.....damn that was quick.....and good advice on the proper way to vent. So real smooth and they used these body harnesses to move the pieces and down the stairs and turn and down some more stairs and bingo young legs doing it.....

Guess What.....28 days into ownership the washing machine makes a racket I am told and is going to quit for sure....nothing cries like that and comes back......it is the death rattling.....

Good news!!!!! Yep 30 day warranty with quick replace.....bing bam and bazooey.....My son got a replacement washer within 4 days.....am told it looks and works good.....I told him remember you have 30 days of guaranteed washing machine

Still receiving my five stars!!!!!!!!!

I needed a small cheap spring part for my Samsung refrigerator door. I called and asked if they had it. Jerod was able to find it in his system, but asked if I would hold while he confirmed it. He was also helping a customer in the store and apologized to me. He told me he has the part on his desk. I drove down to buy it and he did in fact have it on his desk! Amazing service for a very minor part. I would definitely recommend them for appliance parts.

Don't buy from this company. It's a scam! They don’t even deserve a 1-star rating. We purchased an appliance from them. They charged us and disappeared. Never delivered the appliance or returned any of our repeated calls, including the ones to their corporate office (and their so-called President’s Hotline). We had to file a fraud claim with our bank to get our money back.

We purchased a washer and dryer set today from this location and had an excellent experience. Jared went above and beyond to help us through the entire process, from helping us choose the right set for us, to giving us a great deal and even helping us load the machines in our truck. We highly recommend this store and would return for future purchases.
