I took my rainbow in for service. Logan was great. He assisted with getting the vacuum cleaner out of the car. He did a quick inspection of it and explained what he would do to check on the condition of its parts. He also demonstrated an Electrolux vacuum for my consideration. Logan called a few days later to let me know the vacuum cleaner was in good condition and didn’t need anything at present. I could pick it up at my convenience and there was no charge. He assisted in getting the rainbow into the car. Quite a positive and refreshing experience. I will go back as the rainbow needs parts and when it is time to replace the rainbow.

The sidekick III to my Electrolux stopped working. Stopped into the Aerus store this morning. Mel pulled up my account and saw that I had a lifetime warranty. Within 5 minutes I was in my way with a new sidekick III. Mel was knowledgeable and a joy to work with.!!!!

We got parts for our pure n clean and one of their lite vacuums for a great price. Price aside, these guys are just a pleasure to work with.

I remember my Mom’s first vacuum cleaner was an Electrolux. When I got married she gave us an Electrolux for our new home. I got the vacuum in the divorce! Over the next 40 years, I have had two more and recently purchased a new one with the help of Mel at the Wilmington location. Thanks Mel for all your help!

PS. We kept the old one to use in our garage for when we clean out our cars! They don’t really ever die.
