The showroom employees are great! I had such a bad experience at another large showroom so I was hesitant to go here. I almost went to Home Depot, but my plumber insisted I try Action Supply. I went in and spoke with Heather and she was so helpful and knowledgable. She took the time to walk me through all my options and make sure I understood how it all worked. Their prices were better than the other place too. I totally recommend going here for your remodel too!!

Awesome customer service. Walked in and gentleman behind the counter took one look at my part which was missing a lot and he was able to provide with the completed part and the tool to remove it. He took the extra time to explain to me how to replace the part. Saved me hundreds for not having to call a plumber !! Thank you

This place WILL RIP YOU OFF NEVER GO HERE 4 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN FERGUSON AND NEXT PLUMBING SUPPLY
Horrible customer service. And no one knows what they are doin I watch three customers in front of me get the wrong sizes of fitting and then half to wait another 15 minutes

Absolutely it worst service ever. Bought a bathroom sink for an odd sized vanity, showed the order taker my measurements and he sold me a sink they had in stock..it was the wrong size. So I take it back to return and he looked at me like I was crazy in a rude way and told me they don't do returns. Never offered to exchange it for another sink just basically get out of my store.

I left and went back in a few minutes later to talk to a manager (that never came out of the office) and another order taker told me they could exchange it and that they were not like Home Depot and that they don't do returns.

Stay away from this place if your a regular consumer and not a plumbing contractor they seem to not like dealing with the general public, and if that's the case move your business to an industrial park and not on main street Military Trail.

An excellent customer service: there is a young latin man (Carlos) that treat us so polite, he explained everything and answered all our questions always smiling.
They have the largest selection of plumbing supplies and hardware at excellent prices.
