Got help in the Hardware Department by a wonderful young lady Kelley! The department was very busy, and the poor young lady was by herself (Shame on Management), but I watched her calmly handle 2 customers prior to me very thoroughly, and when it was my turn she gave me the same professional courtesy cutting rope and chain. She is the kind of person you found everywhere 20 years ago plus, but not much anywhere these days. She is a great asset to ACE HARDWARE and would be a sought after person in todays job market! If you are in Hardware, look for Kelley!! Thanks Kelley!!

8 months later at Ace to get some paint. They say "OLD GUYS RULE", and Jim in the Paint Department Rocks that phrase!! Maybe he is in his late 50's, not that old!! But super helpful in picking my paint, advice on application!! I love how the people working in this store are so helpful! Unlike bigger chain Home Improvement stores where they all look like they hate their jobs. Ace continues to be the "ACE" thanks to employees like Jim!!

Went for a specific product that was stated in stock online...asked a gentleman where they were, and he said they do not carry the product. Maybe update your website.

See Mike in the paint department, or Courtney or Kaitlyn or Charlotte up at the front registers! I tried to do my survey, but it expired. I absolutely will not walk into a Home Depot or Lowe’s after finding this Ace Hardware.
I’m doing a large home project and they recognize me and call me by name when I come in! Luuv this place & EXCELLENT customer service.
Many years ago we used to have one in Newbury Park.
This is your great good old-fashioned hardware store that’s not completely overwhelming like the big box. I love the customer service in here. Each of the employees do the jobs of three people.
It’s light and bright and joyful to shop in the store. Not allowed, echoing dark place like Lowe’s or Home Depot. I wish those big box never came here. I like the good intimate Ace
